Very pleasant stay. Staff was froendly, knowledgable of the area and very responsive. Location was perfect to walk anywhere in mid city Ponta Delgada, restaurants, shopping and tours. Restaurant was very good, ate dinner at hotel twice in 5 days. Breakfast was very good, wide variety, both hot and cold. The breakfast room looked out over a beautiful flowered park. Finally, for seniors & ladies traveling solo, I always felt very safe.

Excellent staff! Room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is older so there are not enough electric outlets (we had to unplug the lamps to plug in our computer chargers). Lovely location - central to everything. Highly recommend!
Property overlooks a lovely outdoor garden. From hotel rooftop there is a breathtaking panoramic view of Ponte Delgada. There is also a swimming pool on the roof that you can relax in while you enjoy the panoramic views. Loved this hotel!
It is in very good location in Ponta Delgada. Clean, quiet, pleasent staff, nice breakfast, adequate wifi and english tv channels. I didnt know for breakfast regular brewed coffee is available on request, only the instant coffee machine present, so I spent on coffee every morning. I did not understand the point of "complimentary water" in the room in a bottle with faded hotel logo, not sealed, that tasted like tap water. The restaurant had very nice dishes , the fish skewers, vegetables, fish soup and the passion fruit desert were perfect for me. And staff very attentive. Keep in mind when requesting more spice more salt was added to, so I would be more specific next time😉 All in all comfortable stay, updates are recommanded for extra outlets for the chargers, and the AC. I had windows open day and night. And that was in spring.
Hotel was beautiful and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Parking was a little tricky, but once we were familiar with the area not a problem. Staff was excellent and breakfast buffet was great too.
The hotel is very nice for the price. Situated conveniently in the city with nice amenities. I would recommend staying here 😀

Recently stayed there for a few days on my recent visit to Sao Miguel. Hotel was a short walk from bakeries, bars, restaurants, and the feast. It was also a short walk from my families house and a great central location. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and courteous. Enjoy the restaurant in the hotel one of the nights I was there and everything was delicious. Very pleased with my stay and would visit again!
