Beach Retreat is a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private home in Livramento on the south coast of São Miguel.

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood near the coast, the home is just a short walk from the beach and approximately 7 minutes from João Paulo II Airport. Its location provides a convenient base for enjoying the beaches, exploring Ponta Delgada and discovering the rest of São Miguel.

The home accommodates up to six guests and includes two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two single beds.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, including a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private outdoor space, a terrace, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and parking.

Beach Retreat is particularly well-suited to families and groups of friends who want the space and privacy of an entire home rather than a hotel.

Its location makes it easy to explore São Miguel's major attractions, including Sete Cidades, Lagoa do Fogo, Furnas and Ribeira Grande, while returning each evening to a peaceful coastal neighbourhood.

Whether you're visiting São Miguel for a beach vacation, an island adventure or a longer stay, Beach Retreat offers a comfortable home base close to the ocean and within easy reach of Ponta Delgada.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Beach Retreat is set in Livramento, a quiet residential area on São Miguel's south coast, just a short walk from Pópulo Beach, one of the island's most popular black-sand beaches. This peaceful, local neighbourhood offers an authentic Azorean setting while remaining close to everything the island has to offer.

Livramento is only a few minutes' drive from Ponta Delgada, the island's capital, where guests can explore historic streets, marina-side cafés, and local markets. The location also provides easy access to São Miguel's top attractions, including Sete Cidades, Lagoa do Fogo, and the geothermal springs of Furnas.

With the beach at your doorstep and the island's main hub minutes away, Livramento offers the best of both worlds: a tranquil coastal retreat and effortless access to São Miguel's natural and cultural highlights.

The best way to get to the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada Airport is just 7 minutes away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
