Very clean room and bathroom. Shared kitchen/common space and balcony were also a good feature. The only small issues we had were the noise at night (we couldn't keep our window open due to loud music from a nearby event and there was no A/C) and the check-in process (entrance is within a shopping mall and there we weren't given adequate directions to get in).
