Casa Azalea is a standalone house located by the sea in the charming village of Mosteiros on the west coast of São Miguel Island. With two floors, the house combines modern comfort with typical Azorean charm, offering the perfect retreat for those looking to relax amidst nature.

Situated facing the Atlantic Ocean, close to the fishing port, natural lava pools, and the black sand beach, it offers spectacular views and easy access to the region’s main attractions.

The property features two comfortable bedrooms: the master bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, and a second bedroom upstairs with two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout the year.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the utensils needed to prepare your meals. The indoor dining area and the balcony with table and chairs provide pleasant spaces to enjoy your meals, whether indoors or while admiring the ocean view.

The house has two full bathrooms with showers, towels, hairdryer, and personal care products, ensuring convenience and comfort.

For your convenience, it offers free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washing machine, and free private parking.

Casa Azalea is a peaceful property, perfect for those seeking rest and close contact with nature. We kindly ask guests to respect the environment and neighbors by avoiding excessive noise, especially at night. The house includes some steps and outdoor areas, so it is not wheelchair accessible. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required, without exceptions. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort year-round, and we provide bed linens, towels, and basic toiletries. The Wi-Fi connection is reliable and suitable for both remote work and leisure. Free private parking is available on-site. Mosteiros is a small, charming village with nearby restaurants and grocery stores, but we recommend guests bring any specific items they may need during their stay.

There are very few rules - but the ones that are there are important:

1) No smoking is allowed inside the house. If you are a smoker, please go to outside to smoke. 

2) Garbage: do not leave garbage in the house. Take it to the near bin.

3) Please turn off the lights whenever you leave the house.

4) Please be respectful of the neighbors. In Portugal, noise must be reduced to a minimum after 11 pm (23:00). Remember, you are on holidays, but the people around you are not. Try to put yourself in their shoes.

5) For Security make sure you ALWAYS lock the house door when you ENTER and LEAVE it.

6) House not suitable for pets.

7) No parties or events are allowed.

8) White Towels – bath use only, please avoid stains. Towels can't be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). Separate beach towels can be rented for this purpose.
