Clean , that's it.

No water upon arrival. The listing was a 2 bedroom and when we arrived to our surprise it was only one bedroom. I had to sleep on a small bed that came down from the wall. Location was great, but the street is very busy and there are several restaurants and a bar just outside the windows. It is open until 2 am with load music playing until closing. Don't stay here if you plan on sleeping at a decent hour. There was a flooding in the laundry room as the water heater leaked. Place was clean with the exception of the fan in the living room which had an inch of dust. Pictures in the listing are nicer than the actual place. It was very hot during our time and the apartment was unbearably hot, fan did nothing to cool it down. We were told that it is cool at that time but that was not true. Unfortunately our stay was not a pleasant one.
