Located 5/10 minutes walk from the city center of Pont l'Abbé with many shops and a big famous market that is held every Thursday, this charming house has an ideal location to visit the south Finistere: 6 km beaches of the south coast (Loctudy, Lesconil) and 10 minutes of the beaches of Audierne Bay (Treguennec) wildest known for their waves; 15 minutes from Quimper and Bénodet; 10 minutes from the different fishing ports of Pays Bigouden (Le Guilvinec).
Nestled at the end of an impasse in a quiet area, this is the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday with family or friends!
Rent on one level (unfinished floor) including: dining room, lounge with flat screen TV, wifi, modern fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, induction hob) both overlooking a sunny terrace where you can eat in the shade of a awning and not overlooked
Two rooms equipped with beds 140 x 190 and a room with two beds 90x190; one of the bedrooms overlooks the terrace and the other two on the back garden.
We put at your disposal an extra bed and a high chair

Good location, great property.
We spent a fabulous 2 weeks at the property which catered for all our needs. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped with a large secluded garden in a quiet area. The nearest baker was a 5 minute cycle ride away and never disappointed with its array of bread and pastries. The coastline was beautiful with a mixture of soft sand and rocky outcrops with ample parking space.
The owners were very accommodating waiting up until almost midnight for our late arrival! They remained in touch throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Great place to stay.

The property was very comfortable, reasonably well equipped, of a good size and in a good location, only ten minutesâ walk from the centre of the town. We enjoyed our holiday there.
Unfortunately after returning home we found that 50 Euros had been withheld from the damage deposit, apparently we had not cleaned it thoroughly enough. This was a shock and surprise, we cleaned thoroughly and have never had a bad comment in this respect in over 15 years of renting holiday cottages. We always clean up after ourselves. We would recommend that anyone staying in the property to take photographs on arrival and departure, pay particular attention to dusty surfaces and lime scale on taps. We would also advise insisting on a joint inspection with the owners before you leave to ensure they have no grounds for complaint. This rather took the shine off a good holiday.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren fĂŒr 2 Wochen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft von Patricia und Marc. Das Haus befindet sich sĂŒdlich des Zentrums von Pont-lâAbbĂ© und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen sehr groĂen, schönen Garten. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt! :)
Der Ortskern mit verschiedensten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in wenigen Minuten fuĂlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Zahlreiche schöne StrĂ€nde sind mit dem Auto gerade einmal 10-15min entfernt.

Genau so wie ich es mir vorstellte.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, nah am Zentrum. Zum Kaufen kann man in 10 Min. einen Supermarkt erreichen. Das Haus selber ist sehr groĂzĂŒgig und es ist alles, aber wirklich alles was man braucht vorhanden. Mir persönlich war die Ausstattung der KĂŒche besonders wichtig und ich habe alles vorgefunden, was ich zuhause auch habe. Die Vermieter waren nicht nur nett, sie haben uns auch bei einer Autopanne geholfen. Nochmals vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Urlaub.

FĂŒr uns (6 Erwachense) war es ein ideales Quartier. Mit den 2 BĂ€dern und 2 getrennten WCâs ist auch die âSanitĂ€rlogistikâ gut handelbar. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos: sehr guter Zustand, schöne Sonnenterrasse, Markise und RollĂ€den elektrisch. Ruhige Lage, in guten 5 Minuten ist man zu FuĂ beim BĂ€cker/am Marktplatz. SupermĂ€rkte und Tankstellen sind nicht weit entfernt. Schöne SandstrĂ€nde mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Lokale sind genĂŒgend vor Ort oder auch in nahegelegenen Orten. Ende August ist ein Vorab-Check (Telefon/Persönlich) wegen Ăffnungszeiten/Reservierung zu empfehlen.
Als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr unsere AusflĂŒge war es auch ideal gelegen.
Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Individuelle Regelungen fĂŒr An- und Abreise klappten wunderbar.
Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit 6 Personen in dem schönen Haus, das alle WĂŒnsche erfĂŒllt. Schöner Garten , grosser Wohnraum, gute KĂŒchengerĂ€te, grosse , saubere BĂ€der. Das Haus liegt fusslĂ€ufig zu dem schönen Pont-lâAbbĂ©. Viele wunderschöne StrĂ€nde sin in 10-20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.

Accueil trÚs chaleureux. Patricia et Marc sont des hÎtes trÚs attentionnés et vraiment trÚs sympathiques. Maison trÚs spacieuse, confortable et trÚs bien équipée : il ne manque rien.
