Best beach resort in Sithonia,Halkidiki. The day that I chose to visit this beach was because about the music that DJ was releasing to satisfy the guests at that beautiful sandy beach to maximum. Stuff was friendly. Quick service. Cold drinks. Nice cocktails (alkoholic and non-alcoholic). Great coffee! 🤩🥰😍 All in all 10+!
On booking we were led to think that we were in a beach house only a few steps from the beach. Not true sadly. We were across the road a fair walk from the beach on a hill. Our House was fine, clean and a good size for the two of us. We only ended up using the beach once as the loud music put us right off. We were told there was a pool we could use, but it was closed!! The noise factor was a real let down for us. If it wasn't noisy neighbours outside it was the furniture scrapers in the house next door. The housekeeping team were brilliant. Would we stay here again? No. Not as peaceful as we expected by any means. Such a shame.
We were 5 adults and one infant in a 6 persons villa. Our first villa had a very small bedroom on the ground floor and it was difficult for us to sleep with a baby there; and the second bedroom on the first floor was not actually a room but more like an open space above the living room. Kiki (the administrator) was kind enough to offer us another villa that met our expectations. Otherwise, the villas are very clean, the green spaces are well maintained and the restaurant and beach staff are very cool (great music on the beach!!!). Breakfast could offer more variety; however the eggs were great. In terms of relaxation it all depends on what neighbors you are luck or unlucky to have. The beach is somehow crowded as the sunbeds are placed too close to each other, but we always got a big canopie and it was fantastic.
An excellent location, especially for families with children! The villa was fully equipped! Daily cleaning! The restaurant offers a diversified menu with many seafood! We will definitely come back next year!
I guess this kind of advertising could be really matter of investigation if not metter of moral -beach house? – no way! Let me share our experience. We booked the BEACH house for 2 adults and 2 children. At arrival we’ve been explained that we are not booked on this “hotel”. Despite the booking number and all the papers, it took appx.45 minutes for “reception staff” to change her mind from “sorry I cannot help you” to “w-e-l-c-o-m-e”... should I mention that the kinds were in the car all this time while I run back and forth trying to convince the staff that I have reservation. Then, of course, as reservation was surprise for the stuff, we had to wait for the house to be ready…outside on appx. 38degrees. The “beach house” was appx 500-600meters from the beach placed apx 30meters from the main Halkidiki road. On the way to the beach you need to go under the main road. To stay in this house was terrible. The noise level was so high that kids could not sleep. The traffic was heavy during the evenings ( I will later on upload the video from the balcony). We were waked up even during the nights by some “racers” as well. Heavy traffic starts again at 6.30 in the morning. This heavy noise and pollution in combination with mosquito attacks turned our holiday to horror movie. When I tried to speak to the personal about the “beach house” on the “road to hell” I was referred to Miss Owner. Miss Owner was very impolite lady that had no what so ever intention to understand nor help the situation. On the contrary, she was rude, arrogant and insolent offering us on the end to move to her mother’s house while we need to pay additional fee of 50 euros/day. As accommodation was already very expensive for position and standard, I found this offer as very impolite. BTW if you want to rent some “mother’s house” you should use “home away” or such and pay far away less. So, if you intent to stay in this property, rent the houses in second raw and nothing else. If you cannot choose, stay away from this property. Do not ruin your vacation. BTW: I have no idea how they get rating of 8.4 but it is far high from the levels it should be.
We rented 2 houses for 6 persons. Rather clean and friendly atmosphere. Not excellent, but ok and pretty close to the beach (11 and 6 were about 350 meters to the sea). The walls are very thin, you can hear every noise of the neighbours. It is a good place to spend time with friends and family.
Nice and helpful staff, clean and cosy rooms, villas with everything you need, nice beach and restaurant. Many restaurants close to location, market close by, breath-taking landscapes. Best choice for families with kids
The complex is nice with small villas grouped by three in an olive garden. However no rules are applied in order to keep some quiet in the late night hours. The towels are changed each 3 days, which for a holiday at the sea and a 4 star resort is innacceptable. No shop around, you always have to use the car for buying food. Just one expensive restaurant is located on the sea shore.
We have choose this place based on an old client reccomendation. The first impression was not great! The place looks very rustic. My worst dissapointment was the bathroom. A small room - toilet with small shower for 6 persons, Even though there is another toilet, a shower FOR six is a bad ideea when We are talking about summer, beach, sand! The place was clean, they made the beds everyday but the towells were changed every third day, including the feet towel. Imagine 6 persons showering 2 times a day, how that towell looked At the end of one day, how about the second day. The beach is not Close but you can ask FOR the golf car- of you are lucky to get a phone line to the Reception. However, the beach And the Water is clean. The same thing as in all Greece, of you wake up early you might Find a sunbed. If not, FOR shure there will be one sticked to the soundsistem of the beach And you will leave completely deaf from the beach. Beware! During we No sunbeds on the beach! Even though at 11 o'clock there is none on the beach all the sunbeds are reserved FOR Greek friends, Greek clients, Greek friends of friends. The restaurant near the beach is very good, the service almost good, the food very good- the best Octopus in Greece! The place is Ok if you don't like to get out much, there are No tavernas around - only if you get in the car I will not return because there are a lot of more beautiful places in Greece
The Trikorfo "Beach" is actually not their beach and is run "Elia Beach" which happens to be some of the most obnoxious people to walk the face of the planet. The accommodation is very good and clean but find it hard to understand how they can get away with calling Trikorfo "Beach". Are there not rules on false advertising?. One other thing persons should also be aware of is that the properties that are advertised at 300 metres away from the beach are actually behind the main Costal road. Obviously the website makes no reference to this and the photos do no capture this fact. All in all good accommodation but the "beach" and their staff spoil the experience.
