Ikos Olivia - All Inclusive

Ikos Olivia is a paradise for adults and kids alike. The hotel is gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and clean (We were in a one bedroom unit) and the small additions like the coffee machines make for a very comfortable stay. There are 3 pools- each one is more beautiful than the next. Families playing on inflatables, music and friendly people make for a relaxing experience. The waiters are on hand at all times and the pool staff ensure that you always have a pool chair and clean towels. The long stretch of beach is pristine. Deck chairs are always available and the ocean is warm and welcoming. There are a variety of water sports available to hotel guests free of charge which is an added extra. We had dinner at each of the onsite restaurants and found the quality of the food excellent at each one. The all inclusive package also offers 3 restaurant options just outside the hotel where one can experience an authentic Greek meal. We loved the "eat out" options and this added to the variety on offer. Our party included 7 kids between the ages of 15 and 5 and all of them had an absolute ball. Besides the scheduled activities for little kids, kids and teens, the children have access to so much entertainment. We barely saw our kids! The staff are well trained and deal with the children in a friendly and polite manner. The stand out point about Ikos Olivia for us, was the SERVICE. The level of service at this hotel is something that we have not often found on our travels. We were there for 10 days and we could not fault them once their attitude or their willingness to assist. There is nothing they won't do for their guests and they really make you feel special. We celebrated a birthday while there and the guest relations ladies arranged cakes and balloons. Nothing is too much trouble! This service excellence will definitely have us going back to another Ikos resort. You shouldn't hesitate to visit this hotel and if you have the opportunity to enjoy Ikos hospitality, I highly recommend you try it.

One of a kind! Everything was fantastic. Amazing hotel, superbly situated with friendly professional staff and excellent facilities. The hotel offers a lot especially for the family with small children. The beach is very accessible and there are several different restaurants on the property.

We recently returned from 14 night stay at Ikos Olivia! That was our third stay at Ikos Olivia and 5th stay at Ikos. What can I say?! You, guys, are amazing!! From our arrival to the day we left everything was absolutely amazing! As others have previously said the food is wonderful. On our last day they even served “pelmeni” at Flavors restaurant for lunch, very delicious)) Staff at restaurant and hostess girls are very friendly and kind. Special thanks to Fotis and George) We don’t often use swimming pools as we prefer the sea and the beach. All the beach staff was very-very friendly and kind without being intrusive. Special thanks to Nikos and Kostas, thank you guys for your kindness. You made us feel special guests for every day of our stay)) Thank you for our cherries and Vanilla splash without marshmallows))) And the very-very special thanks to WaterSports team! I must say every single member of the WaterSports team is very professional. My daughter became a biggest fan of flightboard (Spiros) and water ski (Christos). Christos, Spiros, thank you very much for your patience and kindness to Maria. You are the best teachers ever and you made her feel very confident. She managed to make her personal records on water ski and Flyboard on the last day of our stay! Talli, thank you for our amazing boat trip! Thank you once again for everything! We’ll be coming back in October)

This place is great, and in my opinion gives its better known and pricier rivals - Costa Navarino Anassa etc a run for their (considerably more ) money - in fact I think Olivia kicks their butt, great service, consistently fab food through a series of different restaurants, all inclusive but at a la carte quality, easy access , great sports, spa and water sports facilities, nice beach , no lounger wars - what’s not to love , great for families with kids of all ages from babies through to teenagers , but a calm relaxed vibe, my wife and I said if we’d found here 10 years ago when our kids were 4 and 8 we’d never have gone anywhere else, we bought them with us at 14 and 18 they loved it. To all involved at Ikos thanks for a great stay and well done you have the formula just right.

Stayed here in June with my wife, daughter and son in law. Hotel is clean food is nice as are the staff. However, if you want a nice adults only relaxing holiday then give this one a miss. It’s great for families especially with young children. Oh and I wouldn’t recommend the dine out option, bad service and not only small but also not very nice food. Stick to the hotels restaurants

Wow, wow, wow. Had an amazing 5 night stay in June with my wife for our 20th anniversary. Wish it had been longer! Everthing was just as good as other reviews and i didnt think this could be possible before we arrived here. Staff extremely helpful and couldnt do enough for us. Felt completely spoilt for the duration of our stay. Special mention to Manos who looked after us at the pool each day and too many others to mention but all were very attentive and nothing too much trouble. Food is a very good standard, ate in all the a la carte resturants, book before you arrive as they get very busy, and in each the menu was extensive and food delicious. We will definitley be back to Ikos next year.

Best holiday we have been on, the hotel was very clean, food was amazing with lots of choice and customer service overall was very friendly and helpful. Bonus was the private beach near the hotel which meant we could go to the beach for a couple of hours easily.

Family of 5 stayed here July 2019. 4 year old, 5 year old and 16 year old. Could not find fault with this resort. Five star plus I would say. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a deluxe bungalow and therefore benefited from all the privileges which go with it. I think this made the stay extra special but even in a standard room it is an excellent resort. Food perfect all the restaurants immaculate and exquisitely positioned along the beach - you would pay hundreds to eat in one of these if in Ibiza or Majorca. Service and staff faultless. Pools perfect. Kid club v good. Drinks fantastic including room mini bar and room service. Rooms themselves excellent. Spa and treatments great. I would say really good for young children, older tweens/teens potentially could get a little bored in comparison to some of the bigger resorts with more going on but this is no way a criticism just that it's more of a relaxing resort than a high tempo one. The only other resorts that we feel come close are the top hotels in Dubai. Wouldn't hesitate to go back if we could afford it!

We were recommended this particular resort from friends whom have visited before. We can say that this resort has it all. An array of restaurants, 24 room service, kids club, 2+ pools, on the beach! The french restaurant is phenomenal! I would have no hesitation in going back and recommending this resort to friend and family. Tip: don’t use the hotel ‘shuttle’ (taxi) service from the airport as it’s way over priced at 100euros, get a local cab company they charge no more than 60euros. The hotels rooms seem to be bigger than the out house rooms. Check the rooms if they offer you something different to than what you have booked.

Probably one of the best family holidays we have had. This is in main down to the fact that the ikos has nailed the all inclusive luxury holiday whilst still being very friendly and warm (not cold and snobby). Level of attention across all aspects. Rooms, food, staff, service all really good. I am writing this from another hotel at a similar price point once food and drink is paid for and I keep thinking about the ikos. I have been very lucky to have travelled to some amazing hotels and resorts with the family. Ikos is up there. Don’t expect Dubai 5 star but do expect no stress anything you want and genuine smiles from the staff. The rooms are lovely.
