Well I was very worried at first when I read some of the reviews but I am writing this review just so you can see that most of them are being very petty! We are on the last week of the hotel being open and the TUI entertainment staff are doing everything they can to make sure that the hotel is still going on as normal like it was the start of the season. The rooms are lovely and well looked after, room cleaned everyday and the jacuzzis are cleaned quite often. The food is good but the only downside is that it has started to get repetitive but all in all it is nice food... the kids buffet closed 2 days ago which I don’t think is fair as it is a nice touch for the kids to go and choose what they would like to eat themselves as they can be fussy! Also they’ve shut the green and grill for lunch and dinner which we enjoyed it there so don’t think this is fair as TUI said everything would be open until the very last day. The drinks are good and not watered down and the bar staff won’t see you without a drink always asking if you would like another. The reception staff are helpful also and can help you if you would like to go out in a taxi to do some shopping which is €15 there and back which is not bad for a day out as there is nothing much around but this didn’t bother us as everything we needed was in the hotel. I would say though for future reference that in the day time when bamsey or the children’s characters come around the pool I think it is essential that they visit the kids pool not just the adults pool and also on a Saturday night the movie night isn’t really any good. I don’t think I would rate this hotel a 5* but I would say it is a 4*.

Currently visiting this hotel on my last day there is some positives which I will list first Nice clean hotel Decent food Good facilities a few pools and nice beach with plenty of sun loungers available App is nice addition to book restaurants and info of the hotel Good WiFi Snack bar between 1100-1800 Room very nice and clean with separate shower and bath Cleaning of the room was excellent Negatives Cats coming into the restaurants and very unhygienic and off putting Awful location nothing round about we actually hired a car for the full week and went out everyday No iron available except one in the main hotel where you have to pay a €20 deposit and use a room downstairs in the hotel a bit of an ordeal to iron a shirt Gym opening hours poor only open till 2000 with indoor pool shutting at 1800

Well where do I start, last week of the hotel. Before it closes, however it may as well of closed, food cold. Waiters rude, the only girls who listened were the young TUI entertaining team who were lovely, air conditioning does not work, jacuzzi dirty, closed restaurants at lunch without telling us only one open, I would like to know how people think that this is to a standard of a 5 star hotel. I’ve travelled well and I Have stayed at many 5 star rated hotels this I would rate as 3 star, staff need training in customer relations, I’ve waited 2 days for a TUI rep to get back to me and still waiting It’s a joke, you need to hire a car as hotel is in the sticks. Beach is poor not well looked after. Towels in the rooms look old and rough.

After we booked we looked at tripadvisor and saw so many negative comments, we thought we had made a mistake booking here. Now we are here I can honestly say the hotel, facilities, food, drinks and staff are making this holiday one of the very best all inclusive holidays we have ever had. This just goes to show more people write a comment if they have an axe to grind. I have posted this comment to readdress the balance. The pools are amazing, the food is wide in variety, fresh and so well presented, you’ll put more pounds on than if you take a cruise. There is a crepe and waffle snack bar that is to die for. A Greek Meze restaurant, a grill your own or chef cooked grill and seafood, and the main restaurant. Free cabanas on the sandy beach. Fantastic fantastic fantastic.

We were here for two weeks, commencing on 16th Steptember. The staff were incredible, the resort is gorgeous, the pools are amazing, the food it’s perfect so much choice, I never got bored of the food. The snack bar was brilliant! The staff here are without doubt amazing! They made our stay more enjoyable, friendly, kind, chatty and general warm hearted people! During our stay it was my engagement, the staff brought to our room a bottle of Champagne, fruit platter and chocolate platter, along with a congratulations to myself and my other half. Now! The important bit....Eva G, she works in the ‘Green & Grill’ she is so amazing! This resort has this particular member of staff which goes completely out of their way you make you feel welcome! She was attentive, kind hearted and passionate about her job! Thank you Eva G! I could fault anything with this result, true style and class. I will definitely be coming back in the next few years!

We are in our first day of our stay and can safely say this is a very nice hotel regarding value for money- it is Modern decoration and extremely clean. To start with food, definitely recommend the snack bar (crepes, waffles, slushes and ice-cream galore!) The breakfast selection has everything you can think of plus live cooking omelettes with your choice of fillings! Pancakes, full English, pretzels, eggs, fruit, even cake. The buffets have a fantastic selection again something for everyone. Drinks are fab all round- top tip for making the most of the all inclusive download the Exclusivi app which tells you what is included and what is extra (mainly branded spirits) the draught beer is good considering it’s free and unlimited. Location is pretty sparse great for getting away from busy working life and wanting relaxation. We walked a good 25 mins to the main road for a shop and came across one bar, 2 bakeries and lots of flower shops. Despite the hotel having literally everything regarding the little shops on site for extra drink/ chocolate/ crisps there isn’t much out of the resort but rows of olive trees and the beach. Pools- there’s lots of them! They vary in size and something for everyone. We personally decided to go for the sea regarding temperature, unsure why they are particularly cold since meant to be heated- beach is lovely and quiet and definitely recommend. Finally the staff, everyone is super kind and helpful. We had an issue with our water pressure, the ladies at reception sent someone to fix. Within 5 minutes of being back in the room a guy knocked and had it all fixed. The bar staff are particularly welcoming and chatting together with all of the restaurant staff and cleaners.

Just returned from our first family holiday with our 3 year old son and our friends with their 3 year old boy. We choose this hotel complex due to it’s family ethos with a vast amount of swimming pools and good choice of restaurants. We were not disappointed by anything about our stay here. The staff were exceptional! Especially Argelos in the main restaurant who made best friends with our boys and was so attentive all week. As was Ridi in the Green & Grill Restaurant. This was a brilliant place for lunch each day but in the evening it was even better as you can cook your own meat or fish on a BBQ. The beach restaurant served traditional Greek food and the main restaurant had a great variety whether breakfast, lunch or dinner so even the fussiest of eaters would be catered for. The pool temperature was a bit cold but that’s just the time of year. One thing as a warning would be that there is nothing around the complex to do or places close by to go to so if you are happy on site, we were, then your fine. The reps and entertainment staff were excellent and made sure you had a good time through your stay. The complex is stunning to look at and very modern and clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This is a tale of two halves! We booked this hotel on the advice we were given by the Tui travel agent and although the hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are seriously efficient and friendly it IS in the middle of nowhere with literally one bar about a 15-20 minute walk away, no shops, no tavernas nearby, nothing to see and nowhere to go. If you are the sort that likes just sitting in an immaculate hotel all day every day and just relaxing then this is ideal for you, assuming you can deal with around 200 under-fives all battleing to outscream, out-tantrum and out-showoff each other that is. Evening entertainment ends around 10:15pm (ish) and the kids and babies will let you know just how tired they are all the way through it. There is alternative entertainment in the main lobby bar and, I believe, in the Posiedon bar but this is a much quieter affair altogether. When we booked one of the first questions we asked was "will there be lots of kids there?" to which the answer was "there will be some but as the school holidays are over it should be fairly quiet"....little did we know that the hotel would be full of babies and toddlers instead. If you don't have kids then this really isn't the hotel for you, it was a constant scream-fest from day one to the day we left. If you don't mind that sort of thing then this hotel is a delight!! Although the standard rooms are definately not 5 star (3.5-4.0 at most) they are spotlessly clean, sufficient for your needs and have a safe and fridge included. The grounds are spacious and well laid out, plenty of places to eat at the designated meal-times and a snack-bar that stays open until 6pm for waffles, pancakes and salads and ice-cream. Lifeguards monitor all the pools and beach areas during the opening times and now includes the swim-up rooms for total safety. The all inclusive aspect ends at the stroke of midnight after which you pay for your drinks... also, after the restuarants close after meal-times and the snackbar shuts at 6pm there is nothing for you to nibble on or snack on if you get the munchies other than go to the little shop in the hotel and buy crisps or sweets. That said.....the hotel staff are unquestionably dedicated to making sure that everybody has a good stay here. They are polite, friendly, efficient and before you leave you will know a lot of them personally and with affection. We certainly did and the guest relations manager Vefa treated us with amazing courtesy and friendship after a mixup in identity on the first day. The Tui reps are without doubt amongst the best reps we have ever had the pleasure of and they all deserve their praise, nothing is too much trouble. The grounds are immaculate and the pools are sufficiently large enough for your swimming needs but the nearby sea is a lot warmer lol!! The food selection for mealtimes is wonderful, plenty of it, well cooked and if I can find any complaint it's just that some of it gets a little cool if you don't get there early but this was only on some of the less popular dishes. In summary, this hotel is wonderful for families with children of all ages but not such a great place for singles or couples with no kids unless you don't mind the constant crying! The only way to get away from the isolated hotel is to either go on the Tui trips (which are ok) or catch a local bus to the nearest town about 20 mins away and costing around 2 Euros each way. Would I stay here again? Yes....IF I had kids, NO if I were still childless or wanted to get out and about in the evenings or even the daytime, there is NOTHING to see or do outside of the hotel grounds for miles in any direction!

My wife, toddler and I spent a week at the resort during mid September. It is fair to say that the holiday was not cheap for a week in Halkidiki and overall we were satisfied with our experience. However, there was something lacking which made us question each day was the holiday worth the £1300 per person we paid? And is this actually a five star resort? When booking the trip we paid to upgrade to a swim up junior suite - the room was ideal, very clean and we were lucky enough to have the sun facing our swim up area from morning until night. I was a little apprehensive in relation to the food as I had read reviews and some feedback provided was critical about the food. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, there was a wide range of food available during breakfast, lunch and dinner which resulted in us over indulging every day. there was also an area which would provide fresh crepes, ice cream and hot dogs during the day which was useful. The one criticism would be the lack of snacks available, if you are peckish and it falls outside of the restaurant hours then you could find yourself purchasing an expensive packet of crisps from the supermarket (anything purchase from the supermarket is significantly overpriced). The staff were courteous and extremely helpful. During dinner empty plates and pint glasses were taken away from the table immediately and a fresh drink would follow. The cleaners were amazing - our toddler managed to trash the room on a few occasions and we always returned to spotless rooms (we did apologise to the cleaners on multiple occasions . . . ). Our son is two and is a handful (no sugar coating it). We did feel mislead in hindsight as when we were booking the holiday the photographs and descriptions made it look as though there would be plenty for him to do - this was not reality. With the exception of swimming in the pool there were was not a lot for our boy to do - the park was right next to a some sort of water feature pool so he just wanted to jump in there constantly. Additionally, whilst there were activities during the day the kids club cane at a cost of €12 - I found this insane! For a family friendly hotel it did not feel as friendly as it should in some aspects which was disappointing. We attempted to take food from the restaurant to feed our son in our room which was frowned upon, we did not want to eat in the restaurant as he was unsettled but they eventually let us take some pizza away in napkins. When we went to take drinks back to our room during the day we were initially told we were not allowed - but we did anyway. Both situations were surprising and let us a little frustrated. Other disappointing feedback which did not affect us but parties we met whilst at the resort was one family had to pay an upgrade to have a cot in their room - I can’t quite wrap my head around this one! And another young family had to pay in excess of €150 euros to keep their room for the day whilst waiting for their evening flight. I enjoyed my time with the family, the room, the pool(s) and the food. More work is required for me personally to meet what my expectations would be for a family life hotel.

Recently stayed here with my husband and young child. We booked a junior suite with a garden view and were not disappointed. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Cleaners were fantastic, our room was always spotless. It’s nice to have kettle, tea and coffee in the room which is restocked daily. Sparkling wine in the fridge and turn-down with chocolates also a lovely touch. I’m really surprised at the number of comments about lack of choice of food in the restaurant. I’ve not been to an all inclusive with this much choice before. The choice of local cuisine and at breakfast was great. Loved the two other restaurants, especially the taverna. We preferred using this at lunch time but would also recommend for the evening meal. The portions were huge so I’d recommend not eating much during the day if you visit this in the evening! Most importantly, my little girl has allergies. In other hotels we’ve had to consult the head waiter every night to find out what she can and can’t eat. Here each dish is clearly labelled with allergens which is such a help. Pools were plentiful. Kids’ pools were great. Only slight grumble is that the pools are very cold which put off my little one a bit. Little playground was also great though early evening there did seem to be quite a few mosquitoes in this area. No fault of the hotel, just one to be mindful of. Finally, staff were amazing. They honestly couldn’t do enough for us. They made such a fuss of our little girl - from the cleaners through to the lady who made the crepes on the snack bar. May not be a 5* that you would get in the UK or Caribbean but definitely as close as we have been in Europe.
