Villa Les Tancotes is in an idyllic location offering beautiful views of the distant mountains. It is located close to the secondary road linking the town of Pollensa with Puerto Pollensa. From this convenient location, you have very easy and quick access to Port de Pollença (especially known for its beautiful coastline, nice beaches and its great diversity of shops and restaurants), as well as its proximity to the old town of Pollença. Classically decorated, this stone-clad house offers a truly comfortable family holiday home. The main entrance leads into a lovely entrance hall. To the left is a spacious well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven, adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious and comfortable living/dining room with plenty of seating area, flat screen and satellite TV. To the right of the hallway is the sleeping area, which consists of one double bedroom and two singles, all sharing two bathrooms, one full and one with shower. I must say that all the bedrooms are large and all have the possibility of a built-in wardrobe plus air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has air conditioning programmed in all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. The crystal clear swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable stone-floored terraces and a lawn area. On one side of the pool there is a built in barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining - Pollensa - 3 Bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) - 2 Bathrooms - Satellite TV - Dishwasher and washing machine - Free Internet connection (Wi-Fi) - Air conditioning (with timer) - Pool size: 9 x 4,50 mts. - Depth : 0,90 to 2,00 mts.
