As you approach the villa, you’ll notice ample parking available on the peaceful street in front, ensuring convenience for guests. The property welcomes you with a charming gated entrance, leading through a spacious lawned area that guides you to the entrance of the Villa.

Upon stepping inside, you are greeted by a modern kitchen on the right, fully equipped to meet all your self-catering needs. This bright, open space boasts sleek appliances and stylish finishes, and it opens directly onto a covered terrace with a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining.

To your left lies the inviting open-plan lounge and dining area, designed for relaxation and comfort. The lounge features plush sofas where you can unwind, complemented by a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs.

The ground floor also houses two cosy bedrooms, each furnished with single beds, sharing a beautifully appointed family bathroom that includes a refreshing walk-in shower.

Venturing upstairs, the master bedroom awaits, providing a private sanctuary complete with its own walk-in shower, toilet, and sink for added convenience. A second double bedroom is also located on this level, offering additional space for family or friends.

The seamless flow between the lounge and kitchen leads you out onto the expansive terrace, where outdoor living thrives.

Here, you’ll find a built-in BBQ, perfect for grilling delicious meals, a table tennis table for some friendly competition, and comfortable sunbeds inviting you to soak up the sun while you relax by the sparkling pool.

Please note that there is a refundable security deposit of £500, which is refunded subject to no damages caused.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
