Villa Roig, Stone villa in the country
Villa Roig is a recently built house in a completely Mallorcan style, with traditional decoration.
From this hall, doors lead to a spacious living-dining room fully equipped with sofas, satellite TV and a large ornamental fireplace. From the dining room, which has a large wooden table with chairs for 6 people, we have access to the terraces of the house. On the other side of the hall we find a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge-freezer.
The house offers three bedrooms: a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, stone bedside tables and a full bathroom en suite, and two double bedrooms also with built-in wardrobes. These two double bedrooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units, which are programmed for certain hours of the day (during midday and throughout the night).
The blue mosaic pool is exceptional, and around it we can find hammocks and outdoor furniture. The exterior of the house is completed by a fantastic covered barbecue, a bathroom with shower and a ping pong table.
