Villa Magdalena is a beautiful country villa on the outskirts of the old town of Pollensa. It is located in a beautiful country area, with gently sloping hills in the background.

The pool has great appeal, being the ideal option to cool off. There is also an outdoor dining area, the perfect place to shelter from the sun's rays, as well as to enjoy the warm Mallorcan summer nights.

Inside, the house is in traditional Mallorcan style, with wooden furniture and Spanish plates on the wall. The decoration is white and the floor tiles are terracotta. With three bedrooms, the villa can accommodate a maximum of six people.

Upon entering the house, the dining room welcomes us.A hallway gives us access to the independent, fully furnished kitchen. The rest area consists of three double bedrooms with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two share a second bathroom.

One of the most notable aspects of this farm is that it is located only 950 meters. from the Plaza Mayor of Pollensa. The old town of Pollensa has historic buildings (most notably the staircase of more than 400 steps that leads to the Calvario hermitage), as well as a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
