This lovely and spacious villa, is located in the area of Gotmar in Puerto Pollensa. The location of the property makes it the ideal place for a family holiday, with just a 15 minute walk away from the stunning beach, and from the shops and restaurants. The center of the town is also walking distance away from the property. The property is distributed in two floors. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 of them, on the lower floor and one of them, on the top floor. The bedrooms on the lower floor have all got direct access to the lovely swimming pool area. All bedrooms in the villa are also en-suite. The kitchen, located on the lower floor, and with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool area, has all the necessary items and equipement, to ensure that you have everything that you need for during your stay. The large and modern lounge area, leads from the main entrance to a dining room, and also has access to the large terrace and pool, and is a perfect cosy spot for a nice relaxing evening in with family or friends, where you can all gather together for a movie or a lovely meal. The gardens surround the terraced areas of this property that give you a private feeling while relaxing in the pool. There is enough equipment in the garden area for the whole family.
