Layout:The property is built on three levels.On the main one you can find an entrance hall, a double bedroom with double bed (150x190cm), a complete bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190cm), the kitchen, the living room with two sofas and two armchairs, the dining room with a table for 8 people and the access to a small interior patio where the laundry is located.On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm), a bathroom with shower and an outside terrace. On the lower level we have the terrace and pool area with the barbecue.Comfort and services:Air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Barbecue, High chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Table tennis. Fully equipped with bed linen and towels.Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00.
