Villa Can Rasca has been built in a charming, traditional Majorcan style with characterful stone walls, vaulted ceilings and beams. The attractive grounds and wrap around terrace make a lovely setting for long, lazy days and al fresco meals. With the mountains in the distance and the mature lawned garden, this countryside villa is the perfect spot to enjoy the Majorcan sunshine. What’s more, the villa is located between the historic Pollensa Old Town and the chic resort of Puerto Pollensa, with a plethora of bars and restaurants to choose from in each. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and living space are included.
The villa is set in the heart of the Pollensa countryside with small country lanes, riverbeds plus the protected natural park of Albufera close by. It’s an ideal location for those country strolls or a gentle cycle through the lanes with the backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains. The villa is also a 15 minute drive from Pollensa Old Town, where you’ll find atmospheric squares and beautiful architecture. Fashionable Puerto Pollensa, with its lively bars and beautiful beach is just a 10 minute drive away.

Wonderful location, lovely holiday
We had a wonderful time. The house is in a quiet area and wonderfully located, beaches, Pollensa etc.
The house was clean and tidy. Our main feedback is that we should have been told that the water isn't drinkable in the details and that there is literally nothing provided for cleaning at all. No washing up liquid, no cleaning products, no vacuum cleaner etc so you have to buy everything. Other than that, a very nice place to have spent our five day break. Thank you

Can Rasa
A lovely villa in a great location. Lots of outdoor seating to suit time of day/ sun direction. Pool table and table tennis for entertainment. A lovely pool but sadly too cold in April.
When sending the location details ie address it would have been helpful to start with the name of the villa.
As the water is not suitable for drinking it would have been nice to be given a starter bottle, we arrived at 11pm so not able to shop until the following morning.
Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Schön gelegene Finca mit einigen Schwächen
Die Finca Can Rasca ist sehr schön gelegen und hat einen tollen Pool.
Wir hätten unseren Aufenthalt in der Finca noch mehr genossen, wenn die Betten besser gewesen wären bzw. nicht bei jeder Bewegung schlafstörend geknarrt und gequietscht hätten.
Wir würden sie weiterempfehlen, auch wenn wir das Küchen-Equipment als nicht ausreichend und in schlechtem Zustand bewerten würden. Zudem gab es bei unserer Ankunft keine (null) Gewürze sowie Salz Pfeffer etc. , kein Spülmittel und kein Tab für den Geschirrspüler, kein Lappen oder ähnliches zur Reinigung des Essbereichs innen oder aussen.
Sehr vermisst haben wir auch (in Anbetracht des nahegelegenen Naturschutzgebietes) einen Mückenschutz, wie z.B. Gaze vor einigen Fenstern und Türen.
