Vacation Villa 'Can Serra' with Private Pool, Mountain Views, Terrace & Garden

The 450 m² villa 'Can Serra' is located in the attractive fishing village of Puerto Pollensa, in the north of Mallorca, just 1 km from the beach. Here you still find the original vacation atmosphere with long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees and a selection of cafes, restaurants and local stores. The beautiful villa with mountain views consists of a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms as well as two bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and satellite TV. A highchair and baby crib are also available upon request. The absolute highlight of the villa is the spacious private outdoor area with garden, open and covered terraces, a large pool (9 m x 5 m; 0.8 m to 1.8 m deep) and an outdoor shower. Numerous sun loungers, hammocks, lounge furniture, umbrellas and a dining table invite you to spend comfortable hours in the sun outside. Here you can relax from the stressful everyday life. There is also a barbecue and a table tennis table at your disposal. Due to the excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached in just 7-10 minutes on foot. In addition, there are numerous food markets in the immediate vicinity (8-12 minutes walk). It is a 12-minute walk to the port of Puerto Pollensa. Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in 48 minutes (66 km).

Excellent location.Outdoor space first class.Indoors space good.Quality of equipment & bedding we felt was poor for such a wonderful property.No table mats, coasters, bedding very basic.Bathrooms a little dated.On the whoöe good but a few extra improvements at little cost would make this an exceptional villa.
