Being located on a terraced slope, the main entrance is on the top floor, as is a large living room with terrace and porch and a large kitchen with sea views. Step out onto the wonderful terrace and enjoy a brilliant view of the entire bay. Perfect for relaxing with family and friends...
Furthermore, the different environments mean that, when there are several people, each one can have their own personal space or corner.


On this floor there is one of the en-suite bedrooms, with three beds. It must be taken into account that to access two of the beds you have to climb stairs that are not suitable for very small children or very elderly people.


Go down the stairs to the second level and you will find a double en-suite bedroom with access to a spacious terrace, a separate en-suite bedroom with a double bed and another en-suite triple bedroom.


The villa has air conditioning. And good WiFi connection.


Regarding the private pool and terrace, an unbeatable place to enjoy a stimulating morning swim or simply to cool off from the hot Mediterranean sun. The tropical garden that surrounds it will make you enjoy a green oasis.

It also has an entrance at the bottom, which makes this villa extremely practical and comfortable for access on foot or by bicycle from the beach or the promenade.

Th walking distance to the beach is 10 minutes.
