This lovely bright refurbished apartment is located in one of the most sought-after positions of Puerto Pollensa. Situated directly opposite the marina, and close to where the wide child-friendly sandy beach begins. Conveniently positioned, modern apartment in Puerto Pollensa. Located on the first floor ; the panoramic views from the terrace across the entire bay it is the perfect setting for that evening aperitif or morning coffee/breakfast. The marina is set directly in front of the apartment and offers some fantastic yachts and boats on show and the sandy beach and promenade are just to the right hand side. Perfect for people watching on an early evening before the heading out to enjoy the cuisine of one of the many superb restaurants close by. There a few steps then there is lift access to the apartment which has a large lounge/dining area with designer modern furniture, flat screen television & DVD. Patio doors open onto the balcony furnished with table and chairs. There is a pull out awning for shade. The twin and double bedrooms and lounge have been fitted with modern air-conditioning units. The third bedroom is small with single bed, this room does not have it´s own air conditioning unit. There are two shower rooms with wc and hand basins.
