Casa Rosada (la casa rosa) es una encantadora casa adosada en el hermoso pueblo costero residencial de Cala San Vicente.



El espacio exterior está bien diseñado. Hay un pequeño jardín, una zona de comedor recién pavimentada y una maravillosa barbacoa incorporada - aquí puedes escapar del calor del verano y disfrutar de la sombra natural de los pinos.



Esta casa adosada tiene una increíble bañera de hidromasaje privada en la azotea, con impresionantes vistas al mar - el lugar definitivo para disfrutar de la puesta de sol.



Comparte una gran piscina y terraza con dos casas más



Construido en tres plantas, la planta baja cuenta con una luminosa sala de estar/comedor de planta abierta, con muebles nuevos, un gran Smart TV y una chimenea de leña (ideal para escapadas invernales). Hay una amplia terraza de comedor soleada que sale de la sala de estar y que da al jardín y a un bonito bosque. ¡Tan relajante! Esta planta también tiene una cocina totalmente equipada



En la primera planta hay tres dormitorios y dos baños. El dormitorio doble tiene una cama de 140cm, baño en suite con bañera y alcachofa de ducha. El segundo dormitorio también es una habitación doble y hay un tercer dormitorio individual. Los dormitorios dos y tres comparten un baño con ducha a ras de suelo.



La casa está a solo cinco minutos a pie de las espectaculares playas de Cala San Vicente. El resort ofrece buceo, kayak y paddle de pie.

También hay algunos excelentes restaurantes locales a poca distancia a pie, algunos con vistas al mar, así como 'Modesto', un verdadero hallazgo que ofrece sabrosa cocina mediterránea casi en tu puerta. ¡Esta casa realmente marca muchas casillas!

Fabulous villa! 10/10

We loved everything about this villa. Its location was just perfect for us. It’s a small town but with gorgeous beaches, walks and lovely places to eat. It was quiet and not too touristy. Perfect for our family, so peaceful at night. Other interesting places were within easy reach with a car. Pool was lovely and the hot tub was great at night for star gazing! Villa was perfectly equipped. Thank you for our stay in this beautiful spot!

We had a lovely stay. The house was well equipped to make meals and we loved the seating areas around the side and back for meals. The views from the terrace were beautiful and we all loved swimming in the green surrounded pool each day and hot tub in the evening. Lovely meals nearby in modesto and the beach fab for snorkelling ten mins walk down the road. Super easy to get a taxi into port de pollenca. A little peaceful oasis we shall definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay here in February. The location was lovely set against the mountains and we felt like we were living in an island of trees amping mountains when we were in the roof top hot tub, just stunning. You can also see the sea from the roof top as well which was unexpected and just divine. The house was great - a real Spanish villa feel and just the size we needed. It was too cold to sit outside much but in the summer the terrace would be ideal. We loved being near the mountains and found lots of nice walks nearby. The one minus about the house for me was the kitchen was a bit small but apart from that we loved the house and found it met all our needs. Thank you!

We had a great stay - the house had everything we needed. We were with young children, so only negatives are that there’s quite a lot of steps inside and outside the house - it’s safe, but you just have to be careful with the little ones. It’s also a fairly long walk to the beach (it’s ok for older kids), so we ended up driving to the beach sometimes. Aside from that, it was perfect - the pool is great, there was just one other family using it for part of the stay, and most days we had it for ourselves. The rooftop jacuzzi was great, you get a view of the sea and mountains. The view from the living room across was really nice too. The barbecue area was really good and had some trees around so you can eat outside comfortably even when it’s quite hot. Great stay overall! Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed with kids We had a beautiful stay here for a week in Northern Mallorca. The house was as described and was very clean, nicely appointed, with a well-stocked kitchen, and a beautiful roof-top hot-tub. The pool (shared with two neighboring homes) was delightful and we enjoyed getting to know the friendly, local neighbors. The very best part was the location. Walkable to two small beaches, both of which were great for sunning, snorkeling, and relaxing. Even better, these beaches are not crowded, as many Mallorcan beaches seem to be. (Indeed, the very next week we traveled to the southeast side of Mallorca and the beaches were clobbered with people). Nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby, and we had no issues finding parking nearby. Highly recommend!! We will come back.

Lovely stay in early-mid April. Would stay again. Street parking easy and nearby. Loved walking to the beach. Swimming pool as expected at this time of year was not warm but that didn’t matter at all as we knew it’s not heated anyway.
