This charming stone farmhouse lies in the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside not far from Pollensa and just a short drive from the glorious coastline. Surrounded by magnificent views, it is a villa full of Mallorcan charm and character with its beamed ceilings, rustic tiled floors and open stone walls.



Swathed in colourful flowers, the private entrance opens onto a long unmade driveway leading to the villa and its ample parking area. Inside, the fitted kitchen features low beamed ceilings, and a double sink, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob and an electric oven plus a walk-in pantry.



The spacious lounge dining area boasts tasteful wood furniture, paintings and decorative Mallorcan plates and ceramics. From the lounge, stairs lead up to the sleeping area; the bedrooms consist of two twins and one double, all sharing a full bathroom.



At the front of the villa is a large front terrace decorated with a vineyard pergola from where you can appreciate the lovely rural setting of the villa. To the side of the villa there is a built in barbecue plus a wood burning oven housed under a cool covered terrace and a further shower room.



The beautifully kept lawn offers plenty of opportunity for sunbathing and the lovely pool overlooking the unspoilt countryside.



Finally, we would like to highlight that the villa offers Internet connection (Wi-Fi). THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.

Fabulous Villa and Location

Gorgeous villa, the pool is to die for. We spent lots of time swimming and eating on the terrace. Ideal for a familygroup looking for somewhere peaceful but close to the amenities of Pollenca and lots of stunning beaches within 10 minute drive. The only downside was the irratic arrival of the cleaning staff to change towels and the pool guy arriving an hour before we were supposed to check out which ruined our plans of a final last swim. Also as we stayed in the villa for 2 weeks it would have been nice to have bathrooms cleaned and floors swept at least once during our stay.

Wunderschön!

Wir haben zu fünft in der Villa gewohnt. Es waren wunderschöne Tage, die Villa liegt am Stadtrand zu Pollenca, so dass man gut zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen kann und dann zahlreiche Restaurants zur Auswahl hat. Der Markt am Sonntag ist toll. Bei der Anfahrt sollte man unbedingt von Westen an das Haus heranfahren. Google Maps leitet einen über den Weg von Osten und der ist extrem eng und auf beiden Seiten durch Mauern begrenzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Schönes, charmantes Haus in toller Lage mit echter Finca-Atmosphäre. Punktabzug gibt es für die unbequemen Matratzen, die veraltete Küchenausstattung und die schlechte Zufahrt. In der Nebensaison ein gutes Angebot – für die Hauptsaison aber zu teuer im aktuellen Zustand.

Hübsches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit Pool und Garten

Wir haben Ende März / Anfang April als Familie eine Woche in diesem hübschen authentischen Ferienhaus gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Garten mit Pool gut gepflegt. Man ist schnell am Strand und in der Kleinstadt Pollenca. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Finca ist total schön und die Anlage sauber. Wir kommen gern wieder. Perfekt wäre es, wenn die finca einen Trockner hätte. Im Herbst ist es manchmal schwierig die gewaschene Wäsche schnell trocken zu bekommen.

Herrliche Entspannung

Die Finca Punxa liegt idyllisch und ruhig in ländlicher Umgebung. Trotzdem fussläufig zum trubeligen Pollença. Alles war sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde täglich gewartet, die Handtücher 1x gewechselt. Wir haben einige sehr schöne Ostertage verlebt und kommen gerne wieder.

Belle propriété au calme et proche points d'intérêt

Très belle propriété au calme avec belle piscine proche village de pollença et des plages de Port Pollença. Situation idéale pour visiter l'île. Équipement de cuisine correcte avec tout le nécessaire. Cuisine extérieure sympa avec barbecue. Très grande réactivité de l'agence lorsque nous avons découvert un nid de guêpes. Nous avons fait un mail en arrivant et le lendemain le propriétaire est passé pour le retirer. Nous avons également apprécié que les draps et serviettes de toilettes soient inclus avec changement en cours de séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Beautiful stay in Can Roqueta

This was one of the nicest villas we have stayed in so far in Pollensa. The Villa company that manage it we’re really efficient and the owner takes great pride in his property and pool. 1.3 km walk to main square in pollensa was perfect . Short drive to supermarket. Outdoor area was perfect and tabletennis and pool table an added bonus.
