This fabulous little ground floor apartment is located in Llenaire, Puerto Pollensa.
La Perla is a gated newly built complex just 400 metres from the beach and walking distance to some excellent restaurants, bars and a Spar supermarket.
La Perla has a large, beautiful swimming pool, sunbathing zone with loungers and a lawn area - ideal for children.
The apartment has two bedrooms (one double and a twin) and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine and terrace for drying clothes/beach towels.
The living space is open plan with a large Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Also, brand new air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a good night's sleep after a day by the pool or at the beach.

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen in der gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Pool, Terasse und Garten haben uns gut gefallen. Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
