Can Marce is a cozy 56 m² apartment. It has two rooms and capacity for 4 people and is located in one of the most beautiful coves in Mallorca, Cala Molins. This beach is in the municipality of Pollença, in a very exclusive area called Cala Sant Vicenç characterized by its crystal clear turquoise waters.
Can Marc consists of a living room and a separate kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two personal beds, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
Outside there is a sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and it is located just 200 meters from the beach, in an ideal place to spend with the family.
Cala Sant Vicenc (Cala San Vicente) is an area beach with crystal clear water located in the north-west of Mallorca. It is one of the smallest tourist towns on the island. It belongs to the municipality of Pollença, and is located halfway between Pollença and the Port of Pollença. It has spectacular views. Originally, it was born as a fishing village. Cala Sant Vicenc has several beaches with crystal clear water that lie surrounded by cliffs and incredible rock formations. The main attraction in the town is enjoying the tranquility and visiting the entire collection of beaches in the area.
The 3 main beaches in the town of Cala Sant Vicenc are:
CALA MOLINS: It is the largest beach of the 3, the main and most frequented place in summer. The water is crystal clear, an ideal place for diving.
CALA CLARA: It is the smallest and furthest from the center, it is a rocky cove, not ideal for sunbathing, but for scuba diving, or for children to entertain themselves looking for crabs. It is very common to see fishing boats and kayaks in the area. It is the least frequented of the three.
CALA BARQUES: It is the first cove that we will see from the road, it is in the opposite direction to the town, once they reach the main parking lot.
There is only a lifeguard service on 2 of the 3 beaches, the largest, Cala Molins and Cala Barques. Following the coast to the south, you will find the Cala Carbó urbanization, walking a little further you will come across, with its beautiful beach, the Carbó beach (Carbón), a rocky beach with low occupation, for those who wish to be further away from civilization.
Services: Cala Barques and Cala Molins, have all kinds of services, including rental of hammocks, umbrellas and kayaks. The latter turn out to be a perfect vehicle to see the cliffs from the sea. In the surroundings of Cala Molins you can choose between several restaurants overlooking the beach.

Liebe Vermieter, wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.
Nähe zum Strand Terassenmöbel sehr bequem Ventilatoren plus Klimaanlage gut Seife und Schampoo vor Ort
Eine Spülmaschine wäre sehr gut! Sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden, alles nur 4x. Badewanne, wie in der Beschreibung, nicht vorhanden.

Kurzer weg zum Strand und schöne Wanderungen in der Nähe
Die Wohnung ist nahe am Strand und eignet sich als Startpunkt für einige Wanderungen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und neben Basics wie Salz und Öl gab es auch Kaffee und Gewürze. Die Veranda mit Sitzmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus war auch super schön und haben meine Frau und ich gerne genutzt.
Die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion was im März wirklich wichtig ist.
Die kleineren Lebensmittelgeschäfte hatten im März noch zu, aber es gibt einen Lidl der nur 7 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt war.
Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung sehr ausgekühlt und zum Glück konnten wir sie am ersten Abend noch halbwegs warm bekommen.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, nett eingerichtet in toller!! Lage. Die Terrasse war super! Die Klimaanlage war top! Waschmaschine vorhanden, was ein großer Vorteil war. Das moderne Bad und f
die Dusche gefiel uns, auch die Küche war super, nur könnten ein paar mehr Gläser und Tassen, sowie Messer vorhanden sein.
Leider gibt es auch ein paar Kritikpunkte, die unbedingt verbessert werden müssten! Die Matratze im Doppelbett ist zu klein und zu weich! für zwei Erwachsene Personen. Einer von uns hat 10 Tage auf dem Sofa geschlafen. Die Sicherung springt heraus, wenn Herd, Backofen und Dunstabzugshaube benutzt werden. Das W-lan ist nicht durchgängig stabil und war z
teilweise nicht verfügbar.
