Recently renovated to give a much more modern day feel, yet without losing its rustic charm, Can Patricia is the perfect place for you and your loved ones to escape to on the beautiful island of Mallorca.
This property boasts four bedrooms (one double and three twins) all stylishly done with a minimalist white theme throughout. It also has a bathroom and a shower room.
The living/dining room is a great space to kick back and relax in the evenings once night has drawn in with a flat screen television, music system and complimentary Wi-Fi. You have double doors that lead from the dining room and out onto the terrace.
The modern kitchen has all necessary appliances. Here you can prepare some fabulous meals or simply enjoy your morning coffee sat out on the beautifully spacious poolside terrace and admiring the views of the lush greenery for miles around.
Can Patricia has a fantastic pool with extra wide steps that invite you in to take a dip and cool off from the Spanish heat whilst admiring your beautiful natural surroundings. If you like to be closer to the sun, the second floor offers a lovely sun terrace, great for catching some rays.  
Located close to the old town, this villa is in a great location to head out and explore the local culture and traditions that Mallorca has to offer, with the beach being a short drive away also.

We loved staying at Villa Patricia

We were a party of 9 ranging from age 7-40 and we all loved it here. The swimming pool was great, ideal for swimming lengths aswell as floating and diving down for toys. The villa was clean and the aircon kept the rooms clean. We especially loved the chicken who roamed around the garden!

Eine sehr schöne Zeit

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein paar kleine Abzüge gibt es in der B-Note. Es gibt ein paar Schimmelecken in den Bädern. Das liegt sicherlich an der feuchten Luft auf der Insel. Den Fugen würde ein Aufarbeitung gut tun. Ansonsten war alles sauber uns schön. Das Haus wurde zwischendurch gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher, der Pool wurde überprüft. Das alles ohne unser zutun. Danke für die wunderschöne Woche.
