Ca'n Bennassar is a delightful country hideaway within easy distance of Pollença. Quintessentially Mallorcan, this pretty, stone clad cottage sits bordered by olive and citrus groves looking out across the Colonya Valley with the soaring peaks of the Sierra Tramuntana as a backdrop. Both house and grounds are very generously proportioned offering more than ample space for two people to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing holiday.
The living/dining room is of traditional, open plan design with ornamental fireplace and a vaulted, beamed ceiling inset with attractive, curved terracotta tiles while the comfortable double bedroom alongside is air conditioned with an en suite shower room.

Boasting gorgeous views over the pool, garden and valley a spacious ivy clad rear terrace provides the perfect dining location.

The good size private pool sits in an impressive, lawned garden of fruit trees, flowering shrubs and mature palms with an assortment of uniquely shaped rocks dotted amongst the foliage each one individually raised on supports to create artistic and unusual focal points.

Just over 2km away, Pollença is Mallorca's most iconic Roman town where something of interest is always taking place. The town's wide range of social and cultural events includes art exhibitions, local craft shows, fresh produce markets, musical performances by world famous artistes, re-enactments of historical events, exuberant fiestas and various colourful processions.

The atmospheric, cobbled back streets host all amenities including several highly regarded restaurants and tapas bars.

Air conditioning usage (12 hours per day) is included in the rental rate. Whilst in close proximity to amenities a car is recommended.
Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over.  €2.00 (€2.20 incl. IVA) (£2) per night for the first 9 nights, €1.00 (€1.10 incl. IVA) (£1) per night for each night thereafter per person.  We will add this amount to your booking.
