We had a great time at the villa. The house is simple but neat and has everything you need to enjoy the summer in Mallorca! Anja was very responsive, on top of everything and provided great local tips. There was a plumbing emergency during our stay and Anja resolved it immediately. Definitely recommend the villa.

We loved the house, it's spacious inside and outside and well maintained. Our kids (9yo and 5yo) enjoyed the space a lot, exploring the garden and watching birds. We even saw a beautiful owl hunting for food right after the sun was set.The pool are is very enjoyable, we were having breakfast in the sun every single morning. We also enjoyed the pool even if it was still a bit chilly.I recommend renting a car as even if it's close to various location you will need it to go to the supermarket, the beach. The host was also super friendly and responsive and helped a lot with everything we needed.Really recommend!

Overall a great experience! The property was big and beautiful while the landscaping was also really nice. The house itself was clean and fresh. Plenty of space for us (6 adults and 2 kids). The city center is a bit of a walk but we preferred to be in a quieter area, just outside the city limits. The pool was a big hit, especially with the kids. The house has all you could possibly need for a week. The pictures are nice but I think in reality the house and view is even better. Would definitely book again!A minor problem was the dishwasher, could be better. It could also explain why some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty upon arrival. A couple people thought the matrass was a bit hard, I didnt mind it however.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Das Gelände ist sehr privat und weitläufig, sodass jede:r ein Plätzchen auf einer der zwei Terrassen, am großen Pool oder im Schatten unter den Bäumen findet. Unser Highlight war definitiv der Blick von der Terrasse hinter dem Haus mit dem fast unverbauten Blick auf die Berge, wo wir jeden Tag mit einem tollen Sonnenuntergang zu Abend essen konnten. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Der schmale Steinstrand an der Straße war zumindest im Mai fast leer und man kann von dort aus ein tolles panorama genießen. Zu Fuß kommt man auch in die Stadt um essen oder bummeln zu gehen - zum richtigen Einkaufen braucht es aber definitiv ein Auto. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten in Punkto Sauberkeit könnte noch verbessert werden, auch Mückennetze vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern wären toll.
