CAL REI Ref. VP34

Cal Rei is a traditional country house ideally located between Pollenca old town and Puerto Pollensa.

The villa offers accommodation for 5 people. Inside, steps off from the living area lead down to the double bedroom with air conditioning and shared shower room. A few steps lead up to the twin bedroom with air conditioning and the single bedroom with fan.

The living-dining room has a wonderful stone floor which keeps the area cool is summer months and there is also an open fireplace which can be used in the early and late season. There is a large dining table with chairs, comfortable seating, TV and DVD in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a second shower room accessed externally.

Outside Cal Rei offers relaxed summer living. Sun loungers surround the swimming pool and the gardens are very well kept. Close to the pool there is also a large BBQ area with built in grill and plenty of seating, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining. There are comfortable terrace sofas and a shady parasol should you need to take a break from the sun. A ping pong table has also been provided for our guests’ entertainment.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub in der Finca verbracht. Die Finca ist innen schön eingerichtet, auch in der Küche fehlte es uns an nichts. Einzig die Ameisen nervten, die durch jeden noch so kleinen Krümel hervorgelockt wurden. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön, der Pool hat eine super Größe. Einzig ein paar Sonnenschirme fehlten uns als Schattenspender. Die Lage der Finca ist super. 5 min nach Pollenca und 10 min nach Port de Pollença und zum nächstgelegenen Strand. Um die Finca herum liegen weitere Ferienhäuser, so dass man nicht total einsam ist, aber von den anderen auch nichts mitbekommt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
