Ground floor la Bugambilia is simple and comfortable property in a great location only 5 meters from the beach. The long sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa is just at the door step. It is perfect for those who want to be close to the beach and near the center. All the amenities are within walking distance so a car is not necessary as you are close to everything. The layout of the apartment is all on the ground floor, making it easy for families with small children or the elderly. Although all the bedrooms have A/C, the rest of the house is cooled by the fresh outdoor breeze. In the property you will find a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining room with direct access to the lovely terrace, 3 bedrooms (one double bedroom ensuite, twin bedroom and double bedroom), 2 bathrooms.

No remote control for the main room air conditionerApartment is in reasonable condition but sofa cover very dirtyKitchen is well equiped. A cheese grater would be a good addition.Appreciated all the food but toliet paper and dishwasher pucks would be good. - Imagine an 85 year old arriving at the appartment after a long international journey, going to the toilet only to discover there is no toilet paper. The outdoor seating was comfortable. Left side shower doors hard to open from the inside

Perfect for Kids

The location of this property is ideal for those who want to be close to the beach and it is only a 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa and 10 minutes walk from a bus stop; but there are also plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by if you don't fancy the walk. The property itself is very good; there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space. One of the bedrooms had a window that couldn't be locked, but it stayed shut if the bedroom door was closed so it wasn't too much of an issue. We would have liked two keys as we didn't always do things as one group.
