This charming independent holiday rental property, fully equipped with air conditioning, offers an ideal refuge for up to 5 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private pool, being the perfect place to enjoy peace and tranquillity in a picturesque setting.



The villa, built in traditional Mallorcan style with local stone, is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the cosy living room, equipped with air conditioning, communicates with the fully equipped kitchen through a door. Access is also provided to a sheltered patio, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. The living room has comfortable sofas, satellite television, DVD player and a dining area. From here, patio doors lead to the terrace next to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed, also with air conditioning, and a family bathroom with shower and W.C. From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the first floor, where two additional bedrooms are located. One of them has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and W.C., while the other has twin beds and a family bathroom with shower and W.C.



Outside, the villa has a private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden, ideal for relaxing in the available sun loungers. In addition, there is a dining area next to the pool and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners in a private and well-maintained environment.
