Did not meet expectations.

Wifi is non existent most of the time. The “double bed” is two singles pushed together. “Premium bedding is advertised. This a false claim. All but 1 power point worked with our international adapter. Air conditioning units only worked on one of three levels. Check out was advertised as 11AM. Pressure was put on us to be ready to check out at 9:30. No Television as advertised, with Sky Channels. Only one towel in the apartment on check in. Only one roll of toilet paper on check in. Had to contact the real estate in charge of property for extra towel and toilet paper. THE PROPERTY IS NOTHING LIKE THE DESCRIPTION OR PICTURES! HOTELS.COM SHOULD REVIEW THIS ACCOMODATION AND FORCE THEM TO WRITE A TRULLY REFLECTIVE DESCRIPTION.

Beskidt og intet wi-fi.

Lejligheden var absolut ikke ren, da vi ankom. Der var intet toiletpapir og ingen håndsæbe, hvilket er ret ubelejligt, når man ankommer til en lejlighed efter en lang rejse. Wi-fi virkede ikke, selvom der ifølge bookingen var gratis wi-fi. Ifølge udbyderens besked pga. manglende betaling af abonnementet. Ved henvendelse til udlejer fik vi blot beskeden, at der var en fejl hos udbyder, og at de ikke kunne gøre noget - måske havde det dog været en god ide med en økonomisk kompensation, da det kostede os at benytte 4G netværk i stedet.
