Clean and comfortable B&B, very helpful owner

We stayed 1 night here. It's a very nice B&B accomodation located half way between the trainstation and the beach but importantly near enough from the station. Arriving early morning by train, we needed to contact the owner to be sure we can leave our luggage somewhere before the time of checkin. (After finding out that hotels.com provides the contact's number wrongly, without the countrycode) finally could reach the owner on phone. He was very helpful during the whole stay. (He can communicate in English via whatsapp better instead of phone) He received us that early morning and everything went fine and we could happily go to the beach and do the checkin later in the afternoon. He actually made the room ready already at around 12:30 and informed us about it. The flat is on the 1st floor, there's no elevator but the owner carried our luggage for us. Special thanks for this. The room, the bathroom and the terrace are tidy, clean and spacious. The air-cond. is hyper-modern and quiet. Two bottles of water in the fridge and a pack of snack were provided for free. Very nice. Next morning we got our breakfast in a bar 30 metres near. It was sufficient quantity (per person: 2 big fresh rolls, butter, ham, salami, cheese and a plain croissant with nutella and marmalade and juice and coffee. We could leave the key with the bar staff as we did an early checkout. It was our last stop of a 10 days trip around Puglia, finishing it with positive vibes. I can recommend this B&B.
