We loved our stay at Covo dei Saraceni, the location and views from the hotel are unmatched in the area. Parking was free, easy and a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffed was incredible with a huge variety of foods and amazing views from the breakfast room. The room was well kept and clean but slightly older. We booked dinner on the balcony which was the greatest dining experience we’ve ever had!

Lovely room in the annex (actually just across a small street from the main hotel) with two balconies. One looked out to the sea with a table and two chairs. Delightful.

This was an amazing beautiful hotel. The room was large. The bed so comfy nice bathroom. Our balcony was the main attraction. Sea front and huge. Gorgeous views. Well equipped with conversation set and lounging beds. This was one of the greatest places we stayed!!

The location of this hotel is amazing! All the staff (front desk, breakfast service, housekeeping etc) are exceptional in assistance and kindness. The room and bathroom have adequate space and are clean and comfortable. Breakfast in more than adequate with lots of fresh choices and windows that overlook the Adriatic Sea. Would most definitely return!

Beautiful but busy/noisy

Excellent welcome with tuk tul trip with luggage to parking lot. We had lovely but expensive meal in attached restaurant. Lovely location once located was perfect and lovely sea views from the balcony. Was disappointed as to how very busy and noisy it is

Well-kept, rather modern hotel in Polignano a Mare. Great location, near the town and quite walkable. We had a lovely room with a balcony. The staff was helpful with some technology issues and always ready to help! Very clean and updated facility. Plenty of restaurants near by. The breakfast at the hotel was suburb. I highly recommend the hotel.

Book this hotel if you don’t want the room you requested, dismissive and rude reception staff that show no empathy. Requested Superior Room in Annex building with balcony and sea view. Got given, ground floor with window that was essentially unusable because it was on a busy public walkway, completely comprising our privacy making the premium price you pay for these extras $1600 AUD (900 euros) wasteful. When questioning the staff, their reasoning was “rooms are picked at random, we have balcony and windows”. The best they could do was offer us an inferior room 2 days later at a lesser value with no partial refund, or an upgrade at an absorbent cost. Would have preferred an apology for their misleading advertising and perhaps a drink at their hotel bar. We checked out early due to a flight, and I’m still waiting on the breakfast to go box that was assured at check-in. I will though commend the location, free parking and tuk-tuk service of this hotel.

This property is in a fantastic location. We were unfortunately not happy with our room the first two nights upon arrival. This hotel has different categories of rooms and very very dated. The hotel needs improvement. Monica was able to accommodate our request to change rooms our last few nights. Hotel isn’t the nicest, breakfast buffet wasn’t great. Parking included and location is the best perk.

Beautiful location but not the most comfortable

Beautiful location but not the most comfortable stay The hotel is in a great spot — very well located in Polignano a Mare with stunning views. However, the beach below is more for admiring than enjoying: very rocky, rough sea, and not ideal for swimming or lounging. The hotel itself is charming, but comfort could be improved. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable, and the bathroom was quite small. That said, if you’re planning to stay in Polignano, it’s still a solid choice overall — just manage your expectations.
