Casa Padronale Immersa Nella Campagna tra Ulivi e Pini Marittimi

Casa di Lilli is a manor house overlooking the sea, nestled in the countryside of Polignano a Mare among olive trees and maritime pines, and located about 4 km from the town center. It features 3 spacious double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom (with a window), a small bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a recently renovated bathroom (with a window), a large living room, and a kitchen-diner. Outside, there is a terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and sofas, as well as a large, fully fenced-in garden. This allows guests to safely bring their pets, which are welcome. Since the house is nestled in the countryside, it is not accessible by public transportation, so a private car is essential.<br>The center of Polignano a Mare is just a few minutes’ drive away, while Monopoli—with its wonderful beaches and coves—is a 15-minute drive away. Don’t miss a trip to the Castellana Caves, about 20 minutes away. Bari is a 30-minute drive away.
The vacation home features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
