Terrible place. DO NOT STAY HERE! Zero amenities. Tissue box was empty, no coffee, no cup. Refrigerator froze the food. Floor was dirty. Bed was broken. No top sheet. Toilet paper holder was broken and toilet paper kept falling on the floor. Room was bare. No screens on windows. Very high parking fee. Bad neighborhood. Bad and loud crowds right outside room.

Close proximity to the boardwalk. Very reasonable price for the off season.

The absolute worst hotel I ever rented. It was so bad, I checked into my room, went to the beach for a few hours, came back and checked out without staying the night (checked in at 3 and out by 7:30). I said forget it, I'll eat the bill, but I'm not staying here. In front a sign says no smoking, but two doors down there were people smoking some really strong weed with the room door open. My guess is the no smoking policy only applies if someone calls the cops. The weed literally came right through the walls, having my room smell like weed. The bathroom door had the most amazing piss stains... and smelled like piss. How could you not clean that. The furniture is older than my mama (she's 70 btw). The makeshift beds were mattresses sitting on top of file cabinets or aluminum book cases (no joke).. the light in the lamp blew out as soon as i turned it on. I went down to the office and got another bulb, which didn't work. At that point, I said i like mysteries, but only on TV... This one was about to become a nightmare and got up out of there... Even if its a last minute thing, just sleep in your car before ever renting this place. It shouldn't even be open its so bad. It looks like one of the old crack hotels in philly back in the 80s and 90s... I've never, ever left a bad review.. beach hotels generally aren't the best, and i totally understand that... but this us by far the absolute worst... sorry to the indian family running the joint.

The only good thing about the property was the distance to the beach. The room smelled the bathroom was dirty the shower curtain had a blood stain the bed sheets had stains and one for the beds was broken. There was still sand in the room from previous occupants .. in terms of amenities absolutely nothing they barely had parking and in some parking spots you would have to block someone in or be be blocked in. They gave me the wrong sized beds I was supposed to have two Kings and one was a broken queen and they refused to refund me . I felt disgusted the whole time I was there and I will never ever ever return.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve had seen. Closet doors not even open... in the shower no ligth and hot water intermitent will burn you... the only plus is a Good location, close to beach.
