We loved the proximity to Bradshaw's Beach (5 min walk). The owner provides 4 beach badges. The beach is a quiet, family beach. It is a 1-minute walk to the scenic Lake of the Lillies, where there are a multitude of swans, ducks, and sea birds. Great photo opportunities. Several beautiful residential properties border the lake. We took walks around the lake (less than a mile) and admired the pristine, upscale homes built around the lake. Jenkinson's boardwalk/aquarium was barely 15 minutes away. The boardwalk was quieter than expected, as we were there Monday-Thursday. The Aquarium is a delight for young and old, and 1/2 price after 8 p.m. on certain days. The home has a shed with folding beach chairs and a wagon. This is a clean home with a spacious living room area/kitchen. We were a family of 4 adults and a 3-year-old. The home was very comfortable and spacious, and it met our needs. Two of the three bedrooms are connected, and the master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower. There is a choice of a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The refrigerator is full-size, and the dishwasher is very efficient. We brought paper plates, which saved time and effort doing dishes on vacation. I would suggest bringing your oven mitt, kitchen towel, and a sharp knife if you plan to cook. There is a relatively new Weber gas grill outdoors that helped as well. There is a washing machine and dryer inside the home, which served us well.

Owner - an 11!

Over the years we have stayed at many different summer rentals at numerous beaches along the eastern seaboard, from North Carolina, Delaware, and Maryland to New Jersey. The owner of this rental is by far the most caring, want to please you, answer immediately, how can I accommodate you host we have EVER had! His communication exceeded many and the rental itself was abundantly supplied with towels, bedding, cleaning supplies and even k-cups that we have ever visited. We have never been to Point Pleasant, New Jersey and because our stay at this house was so awesome, it has become our "new favorite" beach town in New Jersey. The house was a block away from one of the most peaceful and beautiful lakes (Lake of the Lilies) that you can possibly enjoy. The beach was an easy walk to and exceptionally clean and we all thoroughly enjoyed Jenkinson's Boardwalk and Aquarium. Peaceful Getaway

Quiet area, close to beach, serene view of lake with its beautiful swans, and spacious with two living rooms and three bedrooms. Several flatscreens with Roku. Nice back porch with table and chairs, fenced back yard. Short drive to Arnold Ave for restaurants and shops. Boardwalk about a 15-minute walk. A walk around the serene lake takes about 20 minutes. Responsive host. A lovely getaway!

Nice spot

The house was nice and clean. Host was very responsive to my messages as well. The air conditioning stopped working, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The host warned us about a ‘nosy neighbor’ but we didn’t have any interaction with him. All in all a good spot that I would come back to.
