I will not stay here again

On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. I ordered some food and I was offered microwave chicken and raw fish where I ordered a glass of wine , I was only offered a full bottle. Upon asking to put the bill on my room number to pay on card later I was told I have to pay cash now. The manger oppologised at the end and not charged 20Lei for coke and coffee.
