Air conditioning did not work. While claimed to a reception and a rep came to my roo to check, it did not work till I checked out.

Dear Guest, We thank you for your feedback regarding your stay within Belfort Hotel. I am sorry to hear that the airco didn't work as expected during your stay. After the winter system, we changed the airco system to summer conditions. This means that guests can now cool the room up to 16 degrees to assure that everyone can set its own comfort temperature.
