Liked the Stay!

I booked "Classic Double Room, Sea View". The room had everything which the picture on this site shows only organisation was different. I liked the room, particularly the sea view balcony. On the first day I somehow managed to jam the balcony door which was fixed by the property care taker/owner(Ella, don't know her job profile), the next day. I forgot to bring UK to Euro power adapter and Ella helped me by buying one and letting me borrow it for the entire stay(6 nights). Few important notes:- 1) Please let the property owner/care taker know about your check in time as there is no one at the location usually unless required. I did let them know so was not a problem for me. 2) The entrance door may be locked, you can enter only if you have the keys. 3) Towels and bin were serviced every two days, room was not serviced in any other way(as "no house keeping" stated in details of room) however I did not need any other service during my stay so not a problem for me. 4) (Glass)->(in room), (Cup, Hot water kettle, coffee, sugar, hair drier) -> (in common area). 5) You will have the contact number of the property owner for anything you might need, just reiterating - no property staff will be at the location. 6) One important thing to note for "Restaurant Pension Dioklecijan" -> restaurant and the rooms at the property are owned by different owners so don't expect them to be related. 5) A bit noisy however I did not mind. Over all - Did I like my stay? - Yes I enjoyed it.

A bang for your buck.....

This is a great place to stay. There are no kitchen facilities in the small 3 bed apartment, bathroom is newly renovated, for a tall person the shower is a bit small... No heat , but excellent beds on duvet.!

Personalen Àr fantastiskt trevliga och hjÀlpsamma. Rummen Àr trevliga och det finns luftkonditionering. JÀttenÀra till stranden och fin utsikt frÄn balkongen (vid havsutsikt). AngÄende boendet sÄ Àr hotellet nÄgot lyhört och det hade Àven varit trevligt att kunna Àta frukost pÄ hotellet. I ena byggnaden var det en mild doft av fukt pÄ morgonen, men med vÀdringsfönstret öppet sÄ försvann det rÀtt snabbt. Rekommenderar definitivt hotellet.

Bad noise isolation/ sound proofing in the room. The sound from the restaurant downstairs and other guests kept us from sleeping during the evening/early night and when we finnaly managed to sleep the sounds woke us up again early on the morning. Also the shower had been poorĂžy cleaned, the corners havent been cleaned in ages,see photo.

Vi fick en jÀttefin lÀgenhet med utsikt över havet, stor terass och de tvÄ sovrummen hade balkong. VÀldigt trevlig personal som gjorde sitt yttersta för att vi skulle ha en fin semester. 1 min gÄngtid till stranden, dÀr det finns mÄnga restauranger som serverar fantastisk mat, affÀren,bankomat och bussen till större stÀder gÄr direkt utanför. Nice hotel near the beach. Room was clean and every other day we got a new towels. The staff members were very friendly and the food was good. With a buss you were able to get to Split center effortlessly.

Nice hotel close to the beach

We wanted something close to the beach, and this hotel is just across the road from one. We had a balcony with a partial seaview and this was very nice too. We had booked a double room, but the had just pushed two single befs together, which meant there was a gap in the middle. The shower was a bit cold, not that I really minded in that heat. Hotel staff very friendly and restaurant food was great!

La pensione si trova a Podstrana, una frazione a circa 12km dal centro di Spalato. La location Ăš perfetta per chi, come me ed i miei amici, Ăš alla ricerca di un posto economico e vicino al mare. La spiaggia Ăš in effetti sull'uscio di casa per i residenti dell'hotel. Basta attraversare la strada, scendere per una rampa di poche scale e si Ăš in spiaggia. Nei dintorni c'Ăš di tutto. Supermercati, sportelli bancomat, panetterie, banco frutta, edicola, ristoranti etc. Tutto nel raggio di 1km. Per chi vuole raggiungere Spalato, i bus sono frequenti e impiegano circa 25 minuti. Facilmente raggiungibili anche altre destinazioni lungo la costa, come Omis. Abbiamo alloggiato in una tripla al primo piano con balcone vista mare. Una settimana (7 notti) a metĂ  Luglio, 560 euro. Lo trovo onestissimo. La stanza molto spaziosa, con un letto matrimoniale ed un singolo, un divano molto grande, balcone con tavolo e 3 sedie, scrivania/sedia, grandi armadi, mensole, stendino, mini-frigo, aria condizionata, tv, wi-fi e bagno/doccia piccolo ma fruibile. Al piano rialzato si trova il ristorante che purtroppo non.applica prezzi speciali per gli ospiti dell'hotel ma questo non ci ha scoraggiati. Abbiamo consumato 4 pasti e devo dire che la qualitĂ  di tutti i piatti, sia di carne che di pesce, Ă© ottima. Prezzi medio/bassi. Un elogio speciale a tutto il giovanissimo staff. Tutti sempre sorridenti e pronti a farsi in 4 ad ogni richiesta. Piccola pecca solo l'arredamento della camera un po' datato.
