We had a great time at the Villa. It has a perfect location with easy access to the city and 5 min walk down the stairs to the water, beach club and marina. We had our young adults with us, and they appreciated that they could go party in town with a short ride with uber. Also, we booked a boat through our villa host and it could pick us up at the Marina 5 min away. Perfect access to the sea. The villa has a great layout with a master bedroom on top with terrasse and living areas. Perfect if the adults want to retreat from the rest of the family. Middle floor great for kids and teenagers. The basement has a great gym with much equipment. The kitchen and pool area is amazing and perfect setting for the family to gather. Fully equipped with BBQ and Music box to have a fun evening. The host Mateo was super friendly and helpful with everything from getting us groceries at arrival to fixing us up with a boat. He even negotiated a better boat deal on our behalf. Finally the host family also runs a great local Restaurant Leonis. We had dinner there twice and the food was amazing. On top excellent attentive service. Everyone made us fell at home. All in all this – our first visit to Croatia – was made so perfect. Can greatly recommend the Villa and its host. Only issue if we are to point out anything, it is that the traffic can get stuck sometime going in/out of town. But that is a general problem for the area we think. Just make sure you allow enough time when planning.
