First night toilet stopped flushing at 9PM. Front desk said they did not have a plunger and they will notify maintenance. Due to storm did not know when that will be! I looked in closets on second floor myself and found plunger and cleared stoppage took 45 minutes. Then when I went to notify front desk stood 25 minutes before someone arrived and several others were waiting as well.

Our stay started off ok with a late check in. It was my self, my 8 and 11 year olds. We booked a two queen but ended up in a king with a sleeper sofa. The sofa was so bad that my two kids and I shared the king. The bed was hold and dipped in the middle. The shower had a bath mat on the floor which didn’t stick and I fell slipping onto my bum in the shower. I took it out and found rust and had my kids shower standing on a towel since it was safer for them. The water was hot. The pool room was moldy but the size of the pool worked great for the kids and friends we had staying there as all. Breakfast was lacking and the coffee was brewed weak in an individual pot that would would have at home. There was a Wawa across the street. There was no snow cleared in the parking lot and we had 8 inches over two days and no help with our cars either or even offer of a broom or brush for us outsiders. The staff was quiet and standoffish We go to this area for a gymnastics meet every year and we won’t be staying here next year

Hotel was being renovated while we were there but overall cleanliness of the room was sub par. Dead bugs on the window sill and the shower did not look well cleaned. Also the breakfast hot breakfast was terrible. Appeared to be frozen brown and serve sausages and undercooked powdered eggs. The fruit/cereal spread was ok but avoid the hot bar.

They placed us on a top floor and quickly provided extra blankets. Room was clean and orderly. However, the rooms coffee pot did not work and the room next door was extremely loud with kids screaming till 11:30 pm

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally share concerns regarding my recent stay at your hotel. My wife and I traveled from New Jersey to Pennsylvania to celebrate our 12-year wedding anniversary on Tuesday, January 14, 2026, and unfortunately, several issues impacted what was meant to be a special getaway. On our first evening (Monday), we discovered that the room phone was not working, requiring me to go down to the front desk for assistance. During that visit, I was informed that although the television displayed streaming apps, guests were unable to log in, leaving us with only basic cable. As a result, my wife and I spent three nights watching Netflix and Amazon Prime on her laptop, which was disappointing for a hotel stay. That same evening, we went swimming, but kept it short because the pool signage stated it closed at 9:00 PM. The following night (Tuesday), we returned to the hotel around 9:30 PM and heard children using the pool. When I asked staff about this, I was told the pool actually closes at 11:00 PM and the sign had not been updated. Learning this after missing out the night before was very frustrating. Additionally, on the morning of checkout, the parking lot was extremely hazardous due to black ice, with no visible salt or treatment applied. My wife and I both nearly fell several times while loading our vehicle, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. While the front desk staff was pleasant, we were also disturbed each morning by housekee

I had problems in the parking lot because they didn’t remove the snow on time and I couldn’t get my car out . The receptionist Shakima was very friendly but we practically had to resolve the problem ourselves
