The staff was very friendly and obviously the entire facility is short staffed. It is an older Comfort Inn in need of a renovation. It was fine for a night but I don’t think I’d stay longer.

I will not stay with Comfort inn and Suites again. I booked through Orbitz and when I checked in they charged me a higher price. Therefore I ended up leaving after driving in the rain for 3 hours to get there. Unreal. Not happy at all with their services

It was in a good location for where it was but the cleanliness wasn’t great and the iron board/ iron was broke but beside that was ok.

Our room was dirty upon arrival. Towels were thrown on counter, bed looked sat upon and curtains were drawn. When I tried to call front desk no one answered so I went down to it. No one was there for 20 mins. When someone returned she explained they were short staffed. After waiting 20 mins I was told room was ready. Breakfast was free, but terrible. While of course COVID changes things, there was nothing nutritious to be had. Only food available were small packaged muffins or danish or a rock hard frozen scrambled egg and sausage buiscuit to nuke. No fruits, no milk, no orange juice, no bagels, no bread, no cereals, no oatmeal, no bananas, no yogurts or cheese sticks. We ended up paying for breakfast the first day, and stopped off at Walmart to shop for yogurts, apples, bananas and milk. Too bad Comfort Inn use to be great.

Unfortunately, the website had not been updated and pool and the hot tub were closed due to covid. After receiving our key we came into our room to find that our bathroom appeared to be dirty. The sink was covered was visibly dirty. There were visible hairs on our “clean” towels, a beer cap on the floor, and the shower curtain completely missing. We called to the front desk to tell them about this and they just brought us up a curtain and took a few pictures of the bathroom then left. Overall, big disappointment especially the price you are still paying for this room.

When we arrived, the room was not ready. One our beds was unmade and crumpled bedding (apparently clean, but we didn't know it at the time) was piled on the desk. That was remedied fairly soon, but later we realized that we needed to go to the front desk to get bath towels. Two of the lamps didn't work. We had trouble getting on the internet. There was no TV remote in the room. They did provide one once we contacted the front desk. I didn't even go get ice because I overheard someone ask at the front desk about the ice machine on our floor being out of order. The breakfast provided was prepackaged muffins or Danish. We understand that this was due to COVID restrictions, but we still felt that it was substandard fair for full price.

It's centrally located, my Room was clean the bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean and stocked. It's a bit dated and the pool wasn't working when I was there but II didn't care but other people might

The bathroom was gross hole in the wall behind our door in room. Hotel looked like it was falling apart inside missing lights banged up walls .. would never stay again oh and the air conditioning sucked.

Rooms were decent. However, the breakfast was terrible. You pay nearly $200 for a night and expect better. Eggs were cold and selection was very poor.

TV did not work in the room. Poor front desk person is also the maintenance person. PLEASE hire someone for maintenance so the person at the front desk does not have to do BOTH jobs! Room was satisfactory. Typical room in the Poconos. Breakfast was a joke. Have had better at other chain hotels.

Breakfast was very good however room was substandard. Chairs were stained, door didn’t lock properly and mattress cover was stained. Mattress also had a plastic cover which made bed uncomfortable.

We apologize for the limited availability of breakfast items. Our hotel offers oatmeal, pastries, yogurts, juices, breakfast sandwiches, and a few other items. We are hoping to have the ability of offering a full hot breakfast again in the near future. We sincerely apologize for the delay with your guest room, as we have been short staffed.

When we arrived, the room was not ready. One our beds was unmade and crumpled bedding (apparently clean, but we didn't know it at the time) was piled on the desk.
