This place is right up on the water. I can only imagine the views in the spring and summer. We came for my birthday in Jan, and the temps were brutal! Like 0 ! Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to enjoy ourselves outside and had to leave a day earlier. The place is clean, plenty of towels, full-size shampoo, bodywash, and conditioner, which for some of us is a bonus. We really didn't have any issues, and we rent a lot each year up the Poconos.

Relaxing Spring Break at the Poconos

We enjoyed our one week stay at this lakefront property. The house comes with all the amenities that made our stay comfortable although the furniture could use some upgrade. The lake was clean and we had spectacular sunset views. The host was very attentive. I would recommend this place for a small group looking for a week of r and r.

My family had a great time at this beautiful lake house, beautiful views right from the dock outback, lots of boat options, awesome fire pit and tons of games. We spent the whole trip outside even on chillier days, it was great to unwind and unplug! Shannon was amazing at communicating and very helpful!

On the water fun!

This is definitely a family oriented place! Sitting on the dock drinking morning tea, paddle boating, canoeing, fishing, hanging out in the hot tub, ping pong, pool or a round of monopoly... just a few of the great moments are family had here. Enough room to spread out but not too big to get lost.

Beautiful place

The place was perfect for our family and 4 dogs. Plenty of room, all the amenities of home. Right on the lake. Hot tub and pool table were nice. Fire pit outside with plenty of wood. All the kids enjoyed themselves and the dogs loved the water. We would definitely recommend to stay here and would stay again!

Great outdoor areas

Host was very very nice and responsive. The grill didn’t work and they had a new one brought over within hours, really great service. It is a little smaller inside then what is seems online but the outdoor area makes up for it. We had a ton of fun fishing and using the watercraft. I would certainly recommend this place.

Beautiful lakeside property with lots of outdoor space and activities

We had a wonderful vacation with family in Pocono Summit. Everyone loved all the options for things to do. We kayaked, fished, sat in the hot tub, rested, and spent a lot of time on the deck and by the fire pit enjoying the spectacular sunsets. Lots of spaces to gather outside. Ideal for family

We enjoyed staying at this property over the last winter break. The property is in an ideal location (just 1.5 hr drive from northern NJ and close to Camelback/Big Boulder mountains), has a great view of the lake and a wide variety of amenities including hot tub, sauna, ping pong/pool table, etc. Last but not least, it’s owned by a friendly host, Sharon. We will most likely visit this property again, if it’s available.

In the days of the virus

This is a great place for a family to get together while separating from the general population. The lake is in your backyard for swimming and boating. All the children enjoyed the boats. The house is a comfortable fit for a vacation home, clean and well kept. We would go back again, my grandchildren never wanted to leave.

Relaxing Lake House

The house has an amazing view. We utilized everything they had to offer. The sauna was a great addition to the amenities that this property offers. My husband, myself, and two teenage boys truly enjoyed boating on the lake, having fires, fishing, and going in the hot tub. So much to offer and the house was exactly as pictured. Easy check in and out process. Thank you.

Great family spot

We stayed here July 2022 with a group of 11 people and 2 dogs- 6 adults and 5 children with ages from 7 to 13. The property is perfect for an active family. We spent lots of time paddleboarding and kayaking on the lake, and the kids (and dogs) swam non-stop. Kalahari is only a few minutes down the road and the are lots of State parks nearby. We spent time at Tobyhanna State Park too, which is great for kids. The house is in a homeowner's association, so it wouldn't be good for groups that plan on loud outdoor parties, but we played in the water all day and roasted marshmallows on the fire pit at night with no problems at all.

The place had a little something for everyone. Right on the lake. Canoes, kayak and puddle boats. The only thing I could say that the wifi was weak. The kids had virtual learning for school and it would disconnect. But everything is great! Thank you!
