Arrived and whole hotel smelled terrible. During stay had other bad experiences such as not enough towels, limited parking due to parking lot not being maintained after snowing, not enough breakfast prepared for all guests, key cards stoped working.

I had problems in the parking lot because they didn’t remove the snow on time and I couldn’t get my car out . The receptionist Shakima was very friendly but we practically had to resolve the problem ourselves

The breakfast was perfect. Waffles were excellent. Variety good. Close to a lot of things such as gas, shopping, and food. Pool and hot tub were clean, the cleanest I've seen in a long time. Will definitely stay again. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
