Welcome to our Berry Nest! Disconnect from day-to-day and reconnect with nature from comfort of this beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom home with extra sleeping place./ den. The house is an all season destination with skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, hunting opportunities nearby, located in a private community with 3 lakes/beaches, tennis courts, basketball court, soccer field and playgrounds. Our home offers a restful retreat for couples,families and friends in need of little peace and quiet seasoned with some adventures. Step into a warm and inviting space where the open space concept creates a welcoming atmosphere perfect for gathering and enjoying time together, whether you are cooking, dining, relaxing or enjoying some drinks.
Three spacious bedrooms (1 room is a double room with pull out couch) plus a den 2 twin beds offer a cozy and versatile sleeping arrangements.
2 bathrooms, full kitchen, fireplace, fire pit, gas grill, fooseball, pool table, air hockey, darts, 4 Tv’s and lots of board games.

First floor :

The upgraded kitchen easily accommodates multiple cooks and prepping. Stainless steal professional appliances include electric stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. For your convenience there are coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle,toaster, pots and pans, instant pot, waffle maker etc ( measuring cups, baking dishes and basic spices) also included.

Guest registration:
Our community requires guests to fill out a guest registration form form where you list all your guests and their vehicles. There is a 35$ temporary membership fee, paid to community, which includes 8 wristbands, car passes for the registered vehicles and access to all the community’ amenities , activities, including fishing. Wristbands are reusable, so please place it back before check out to their designated place where you got them. In case of a lost wristband there is a 25$ fee / wristband for what guests are responsible. Registration must be completed 72 h prior arrival.
Please be very conscientious that this is a private community, with families and full time residents.
There is also a community security patrol. Please respect quite hours 11 PM - 8 AM.

It also has a ski hill where guests are welcome to use if open.
There is a great sledding hill for a snowy day fun.
Weather permitting ice skating is allowed on the lakes.
On colder days the lakes are available for ice fishing.
After a nature filled day spend the evening by the fire pit in the backyard, relax with a movie or a book to recuperate for the next day's adventure.

Guest registration is required for all guests over 12 years of age.
Failure to register will prevent you to gain access to the property.

There are tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball, skiing, sledding( depending on weather /snow condition) fishing ( you need to have a PA fishing licence .
Summer time there is Kayak/ Stand up paddle board rental by Pines lakes.
