Luxury Apartment in Grade II listed building

Centrally located and within walking distance from the town centre, sea front, restaurants and bars. Our luxury apartment is beautifully appointed and inviting.

Originally a Victorian school, it was built in 1897 to commemorate 60 years reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria. Come the millennium, it was converted into duplex apartments. The building itself is full of original Victorian features, including an impressive stained-glass window by Fouracre & Son.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Fantastic Property

Exceptionally well presented property. Exceptional service from the hosts with plenty of advice given on things to do in the area. A welcome of scones and clotted cream with milk in the fridge was a welcome surprise on arrival. Both myself and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area.

It was perfect. A modern Apartment in a historic building. Absolutely clean, tidy and functional. Kitchen is well equipped. Including a washing machine and dryer. Alan and Sarah are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
