This house is located in the village of Plonéour, close to all shops (5 km from Pont l 'Abbé) 7 minutes from Audierne Bay, 10 minutes from the Torche spot. The nearest beach: Tréguennec. The rental is located a quarter of an hour from the fishing ports of Guilvinec and St Guénolé.
It is a stone house which dates from 1920 and which was completely renovated in 2010.
On the ground floor a large kitchen / living room.
Upstairs 2 identical bedrooms with double beds. In one of the bedrooms 1 extra bed for one person. Storage cupboards with wardrobes in each bedroom. Possibility to add a child's bed.
A bathroom, toilet, sink, shower.
A small adjoining shed allows the storage of bikes and various materials. This is where the washing machine is located.
A small enclosed garden, around 200m2, isolates the house from the street and from view. Garden furniture, barbecue. It is a very well insulated house.
Modern fitted kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, induction hob.
Television, telephone, internet, wifi.
Sheets and towels provided.
