In the heart of Audierne Bay, in a peaceful setting just outside the small fishing village of Penhors. Ti Marin faces south and has a large terrace where you can enjoy the relaxing surroundings. It offers the perfect peaceful setting for recharging your batteries in Finistère. Located a minute's walk from Penhors beach, which is supervised by lifeguards in July and August.

The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a living room/lounge and a terrace with fully opening French windows.

Das wunderschöne Haus liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Meer in einer sehr ruhigen kleinen Siedlung. Wer Ruhe in ländlicher Umgebung mit weiten Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist sehr modern gestaltet. Große Fenster bringen eine lichtdurchflutete Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Fotos der Inserate entsprechen der Realität. Auch unsere Fahrräder konnten wird trocken unterstellen. Die Betreuung durch Laetitia war optimal, hilfreich aber nicht aufdringlich. Alles in Allem einen absolute Empfehlung.

Ein Traumhaus am Atlantik

Wir haben für zwei Wochen dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus gemietet. Es besticht durch die großen Terrassenfenster , die moderne Einrichtung, die riesengroße halbwindgeschützte Terrasse und die ca. 200m zum Atlantik. Man hat hier seine vollkommene Ruhe , wenn man drin sitzt oder im Bett liegt, denkt man , man befindet sich im Garten. Man hört den Atlantik rauschen. Und man läuft nur 200m zum Atlantik, kann von hier aus den ca.200km ausgebauten Küstenpfad bewandern. Hier befindet sich auch gleich das erste schöne Restaurant. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die nähere Umgebung mit dem Auto zu erkunden. In 30-40 Minuten erreicht man viele schöne Städte und Ausflugsziele wie Quimper, Pont l Abbe, Point du Raz, Point du Van , Phare d Eckmühl, Douarnenez. Es gibt unzählige Patisserien mit herrlichen Törtchen und Broten. Hervorzuheben ist der unkomplizierte Kontakt und die Hausübergabe durch Laetitia. Sie kann man stets kontaktieren vor Ort, wenn man Hilfe bräuchte. Es war ein Traumurlaub!!! Wir kommen wieder. Nochmals DANKE an Laetitia

Ein sehr schönes Haus, modern, schlicht, mit allem ausgestattet, in sehr guter Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer ist genial. Man hört die Brandung! Die Natur ist immer wieder schön in der Bretagne. Es ist viel Platz im und ums Haus herum. Eine sehr schöne Terrasse in geschützter Lage. Man hat viel Ruhe und ist trotzdem schnell in kleinen Städtchen mit Märkten oder zum Sightseeing. Vielen Dank für die völlig unkomplizierte Buchung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Schönes Haus mit großer Terrasse

Das Haus ist relativ neu und nahe am schönen Strand. Es gibt eine große, uneinsehbare Terrasse mit Blick in den Garten. Es hat eine gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen auf dem GR34 und zum Fahrradfahren. Der V45, der Fahrradweg an der Küste entlang, führt direkt am Haus vorbei und ist gut ausgeschildert. Am Strand sind viele Wellenreiter. Die große Glasfront im Wohn-/Esszimmer ist sehr gut. Wenn man bei windigem Wetter drinnen ist hat man trotzdem das Gefühl, im Garten zu sein. Bei wärmeren Temperaturen wird es aber dann auch schnell innen warm. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es für einen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt pro Person nur ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch und nur ein Abtrockentuch. Auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass wir sie dann eben waschen sollen. Zumindest im Mai gibt es eher wenig Restaurants in der Nähe. Aber selber kochen und auf der Terrasse essen ist sehr schön. Beim Fernseher gibt es nur französische Programme.

Superbe maison

Dans cette maison tout était parfait, il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine, très bonne qualité des matelas et de la maison en générale. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Mention spéciale à Laëtitia, qui est très professionnelle, excellent accueil à l’arrivée, juste comme il faut ni trop ni trop peu, personne très gentille et bienveillante. Tout était parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette agréable maison, lumineuse, fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire pour en profiter pleinement. Une rénovation toute récente avec une jolie décoration, des prestations de qualité, une belle terrasse, et même un promontoire pour apercevoir l'océan. A deux pas de la mer, une cote sauvage magnifique a découvrir le long du GR34. L'accueil de LAETITIA est parfait, et très professionnel. très à l'écoute avec de bons conseils pour les commerces et autres produits locaux. vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance, les photos sont le juste reflet de ce que vous découvrirez.
