This condo is part of Kaab South Beach, a complex that sits about three blocks from the white-sand beach. On the grounds, you'll have access to the rooftop pool, hot tub, and expansive lounge space overlooking the sea, as well as a fitness center and a sauna for your morning sweat sessions. The building is right next door to the Paseo del Carmen Shopping Mall and less than a mile from bustling Quinta Avenida. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).

After a day spent at the beach, walk home to be greeted by an air-conditioned living space full of chic, contemporary style. Fix a few appetizers and cold drinks in the well-equipped kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, a microwave, a two-burner cooktop, and a coffee maker) and bring them outside to the private balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. Check in was not quick. They did not have any idea we were checking in even though we had a reservation The room was good but it does not have a pullout couch. Couch was very disappointing. Pool was always cold. There is no hot tub just a whirlpool tubNever found a saunaPeople were very good and accommodating

Great pool, crummy apartment

Poolside has ocean view, pool is well maintained. The rest is bad: - small; - like a Hampton Inn (bottom of the line everything) plus a 2 burner stovetop; - nearly threadbare towels; - poor maintenance; - dark except right at noon; some of lighting shown in pics does not work; - faces concrete wall; - shower hear worn out; - bathroom sink drains very slowly; - low quality builder-provided furniture; - 1/2 kilometer to beach.
