Great location near everything, a bit of nighttime bar noise in the neighborhood until late. The room has no windows with views, just a few very high ones for breeze. The pools were lovely. Especially loved the rooftop pool and eating area, enjoyed breakfast there a couple of times.Bathroom was spacious and appreciated the washer. Would be even better with a small quantity of laundry soap and a line or some way to dry clothes.A couple of smaller pans would be nice too, and a garrafone of drinking water or a water dispenser. I would happily have paid to have drinking water already there. Salt and pepper too.We had lots of trouble with the electronic lock, which works well when warm but misbehaves when it is cool at night. It utterly refised to open with the code several times. When checking in the incorrect code was given for the doors and we had a lot of trouble to enter and arrive. The person listed for issues was helpful to resolve everything very quickly, but better day of arrival communication would be appreciated. The elevator was a great bonus, very much appreciated having one that works! Bed was comfy, table and chairs, almost everything needed for several days to feel at home. The dishes and silverware were great. The kitxhen is not set up for cooking much, but the toaster and microwave ensure that folks could reheat food and a nice spacious refrigerator too.
