You’ll also have shared access to the common grounds and condo complex amenities. This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message. In the heart of Playa del Carmen, just 2 blocks from the famous 5th Ave (La Quinta Avenida!) pedestrian walk street lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, vibrant malls, nightlife and more, and just 3 blocks from the beach! For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus where you need to go. For long-term stays (31 nights+), electricity is 4 MXN per kW based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. - No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
