The condo offers for short- as well as long term stays all the amenities one would expect from a modern condo near to the beach, a full equipped contemporary kitchen with LED lit counter for ambiance while entertaining, excellent spacious living spaces and modern decor capable of accommodating up to 6 guests. High end very thick pillow top mattresses in all the bedrooms for the most comfortable sleep! Air conditioning in every bed and livingroom. Amenities for guests like bedside lamps with 4x 16W USB ports and dimmable LED light, workspace with TV as additional display in the main bedroom, rainfall showers, as well large new 4k UHD LED HDR Smart TVs in every room (43" in bedrooms and 55" in living room) with Streaming (Netflix and Others).

Great place

If you’re looking for a place that has everything you need for a long stay they have it. Parking was a little tight for a car with no back up cam or sensors. But the place was great overall.

Misrepresented Property: Disappointing Stay

We regrettably had to cut short our stay after just one evening at this property. Despite the owner's kindness and smooth check-in process, the experience fell far short of our expectations. Firstly, the location was misrepresented; it was much farther from the advertised areas, and the surrounding neighborhood didn't feel safe for our young children. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find the property lacking in cleanliness. The walls were in poor condition, the furniture—particularly the couches and beds—was uncomfortable conditions and there was a noticeable shortage of towels, all of which were dirty. The kitchen was especially problematic, with dishes put away in an unclean state and bugs (likely gnats) infesting the table. The discrepancy between the listing's photos and the actual condition of the property was glaring. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing and not at all as described. While we appreciated the owner's hospitality, we simply could not continue our stay under these conditions

Good price condo stay

Great place for the price. Looked exactly as pictured & described. Friendly staff and very quick good communication with the property manager. Only a 30 min walk to the beach ( but main busy road you need to cross), which wasn’t a problem for my husband & me, also cross walk near by grocery store for easier crossing. Pool area is nice with a lot of foliage & roof top was nice as well for grilling & hanging out by jacuzzi or sun tanning. Mattress & pillows were a tab uncomfortable. Also the one window lock was broken but was able to put a preventative item in there so someone could not get in while we were away. *That being said, area felt extremely safe & well secured with high wall & security **Would recommend to others

An enjoyable experience

Located 15 minutes walk from either Soriana or Chedraui supermarkets and 30-40 minutes from Avenida 5 and this was pushing our son in his wheelchair Good exercise Our building was quiet. The courtyard is beautiful. Having acces to elevators was wonderful. Steven was a joy to communicate with. Angel is practicing his english and is a happy individual Very secure property. Highly recommend
